Could you clarify whether this is a PRIVATE NETWORK? or just random domains.
Also, what types of links are they? Contextual, comments or profiles?

Review

After a number of questions, I took the plunge and ordered the 100 links package. I was lucky enough to get this service before it went fully live at BHW
The site I ordered this for in in a VERY difficult niche with HUGE competition. This site took a minus 20+ penalty a few months ago in one of the later phases of the google panda update. It has sat below 2nd page of google's search results for all of its keywords until I ordered this package.

The package was ordered on May 10th, a week after it was ordered his has caused non-stop dancing in google's results. All of its keywords have improved by 2-8 places, which is a HUGE ammount considering the competition here. Bearing in mind this service is dripped over the space of a month, and it has only been 2 weeks since ordering these results a very good. The package isn't even halfway complete, and I am seeing positive movement!

Indexing of new pages has been sped up from a few days to a few hours due to the RSS feeds.

Also please remember I ordered only the small 100 link package here. Imagine what results I would get with the 250 link package!

There is absolutely no reports provided with this service, however who needs report when you are seeing RESULTS?!

True 24/7 support is provided by both det0x and nanexo, I have contacted them at all sorts of times of the day even the weekend. Messages are always answered by one or both of them almost instantly.

Some of you may think the price of $99/$198 per month is a little on the steep side, but the effectiveness of this service makes it well worth the money. However considering the cost to create such a good network as this, as well as the upkeep and maintenance, the price is really nothing. You are in effect getting DA 30-70 homepage links at the price of less than $1 each!

In conclusion, I wish this service was to be kept private as it is just too good! Aggregator Tornado is for serious webmasters wanting to make serious money.

So I got to start using this service alittle over a month ago and heres my review!

Over the first 15 or so days from the time of my order, I saw my incoming search traffic rise each day. Around the 15th day was the preakness stakes horse
race one of our previews got picked up by Google and generated over 1k views in one day. Since then we have had multiple big sporting event articles picked up
and provide huge traffic. In addition we noticed solid improvement in numerous keywords with this being the only service we are using right now since the latest update.
Overall I would guess our incoming search traffic from day 1 to now about day 30 has almost doubled our daily traffic! Its a great way for G to see the new updates to your
blog, provide updating links from strong sites generating huge weight in the new land of G SEO!

All sites are similar to that site mentioned in OP ( http://alltop.com ) and http://wwww.popurls.com

Maybe we could dub them "news aggregator sites"?
Your links will be anchored
+ you will have 5-10 links which use the "title" of your recent page ( as per feed items ) as your anchor
So it has natural anchor diversity built in as well as authority and social/news factors.
