Yes French sites are fine. Basically any keyword that doesn't use foreign characters (ie. Chinese, Japanese etc) is fine. So French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch etc. are all fine.

Hello Francois,

Typically I wouldn't recommend using my package more than once every couple of weeks on your site (unless it is well established ie high pr, aged domain, lots of backlinks) as it is quite powerful and builds a lot of links. So I guess in a month maybe 2 times tops for new/intermediate sites.

So most likely the best use of the package is maybe once every 2 weeks as it does take a while for the work to get absorbed by the search engines.
