My project has been done for a while now but using SEO SpyGlass or Backlink Checker I don't see or find any new backlinks.

I bought the largest package which was to include OVER 15,000 backlinks.....where are they?

Have you checked majestic seo explorer tool. At the very least you should see a spike in link discover graph / history. they are pretty good at picking up links. It takes about 2 - 4 weeks though. Did you do 15k to 1 site? I am sure majestic seo would pick that up. You should see a big spike in your link discovery at the very least. let us all know what you find.

Got report and great results for this service (basic plan) mi main keyword moved
from
25 to 5
over night and most off the links are not index yet so I guess the SERP
improvment comes only from the blog post so I am looking forward to se more improvment
as the rest of the links get index,
