I was so impressed with my first site that I decided to try out a $97 site, let me tell you, its worth it.
The keyword is great, the setup is great, the turnaround time is great, it was easily worth the money I put into it. There was a hiccup with the content as it isn't quite as grammatically correct as I'd like for it to be, but Chad fixed it the same night.
I will definitely be buying more sites from him in the future.

I ordered a deluxe package from Chad a few days ago and the site got completed yesterday. The site looks great, the theme is neat and clean. The keyword is also great with a nice CPC!
And I can say that OP provides one of the BEST Customer Support among the services available here! OP is almost 24/7 available on skype and he's very friendly. I asked a lot of stupid questions and OP answered every single one of them! OP also always give me a update about how is the development of my site is going.
Would I order again from OP? Of course! but only when I have more money..

I had few special instructions for my site and they were followed nicely.

Keyword:
4400 se/mo, relatively easy in Traffic Travis, 1.51 CPC, .org available.
So I give 4.5/5 for that.
Articles: 4/5
Theme options: 4/5
Turnaround time: 4/5 (little bit late, but that is normal when you see so many orders in this thread).
Total points: 4.2/5 from me.
I really like the way chad is communicating, I think he is online 24/7.
Still waiting my Blog Commenting backlinks (packages have been changed a little bit after my order).
