In your post you say low outbound links, but I seen a post where someone says his links were placed on pages with over 300 links on it? Whats the max links for you to place a link. I dont consider 300 to be low OBL...

Well, that is just one link, not all. The average OBL is 100. Most of links with OBL below 50, and some below 150.

Got a review copy. Work was done fast with good communication.

All are as stated. Url's are from different domains including some good high PR web2.0 properties where comment is placed. ALL PR are for the actual pages.

Got a good PR6 comment as well, Out of the 16 urls, roughly 30% of url's are having below 50 comments. And other 20% are having 50-100 and other 50% are having above 100 comments as OBL.
