there's actually 4 types, I'm the 4th - the type who says "great method", hits the thanks button (because it was a great share) and then stores the info for later because he's too busy making money to do this now but can see it's merit if he ever needs it later.

Google has been giving vouchers for a long time, this is not something new. I didn't invent it, maybe perfected it, but surely not invented. This is not my only method. I like to think outside the box, although there are things, I would never do, but just reading others service I could arbitrage and make money off their work. I also know that very few will take action. If they can't press a button and make $1 Million dollars, they simply won't do it. You can read this thread and see proof of that. There are people who won't even try something if someone else says it doesn't work. Then there are those who say, you know what, F it!! Let me see for myself. There aren't that many people in the world, but the ones that do have that attitude are usually successful.

Information should be shared, it sparks creativity. A person may twist this to something greater than my accomplishments.

Also when filling in the Billing Preferences does the name street address, city, state, zip can be fake but at least match within the same IP? Or if I choose Pacific timezone and my IP is from Seattle can I put fake address from like Los Angeles or make it the billing address somewhere near Seattle? Should the city/zip code at least match our IP, but the address can be one that does not even exist in that city?

Do we need to provide a fake phone# or can we skip that part? Will they even call?

Well because I use a jailbroke iphone 4S for my proxies I know the city/state of the proxy. So I always know the correct location/timezone. I don't know if this plays a part in acceptance or not, I've heard people say it doesn't matter. As for me, this is just what I do. I would definitely make sure whatever state if I did use, that everything matched. Zip Code/Area code etc. Do put a number in the phone box. Just make sure it is in same area code of whatever city you use. Like I said, they don't call. When I first started I had phone lines ready. Now I just make up a number.
