Yes, you don't have to do just one keyword as a matter of fact we recommend you to use up to 7 keywords and not just one for anchor text diversity.

Up to you, you can not include ALN in the package as well, you can just message me. Google was sending out automated messages to users with the webmaster tool to scare them into thinking putting your site on ALN blogs was bad, so that they can self-report themselves. Being on linkvana will not hurt though, only when those urls get de-indexed then your rankings will drop - but you won't get penalized
