Yes Free Tool, With Pro upgrade option. (if you want something out of the box. )

Anything is possible. You can insert your custom list and software has pre-built proxy list of premium sites which are frequently updated.
e.g. http://www.hidemyass.com/ , http://freeproxylists.net/
There are 20+ such sites...
