OK, so when you say 200K backlinks, is this the amount of confirmed LIVE links, or you just blast a 200K list?

Yes, I have been personally using scrapebox blasts on my MNS sites but I normally create web properties and quality social bookmarks for them first and after a month a do a blast. So if your site is atleast a month old, I would recommend you to go for a blast.
