There should be a support email somewere on the site, have a look for this and send them an email. Also make sure you have made 10 posts or more as some people have already made this mistake lol

congrats on getting your first payment why not sign up to 20 forums and post 5 times on each forum? that will get you well over 100 points needed to get $5
