The site is new and the keywords are competitive.Before i use this service it was nowhere in the top 1000,and the above results are in less than 3 weeks.

What is significant to you may not be significant to me, so could you please make a clear statement?
For me, significant is getting a brand new site to at least 3rd place in 1st page of google even if there are at least 2 million results.
I'm talking about that 3 months time period.
Don't take me wrong, I really liked your service and I'll place multiple orders in a month or so. Just wanted to clear that up.
come on man...you can't expect every site to be 3rd in 3 months..or else you get your money back...be fair

Well let's be reasonable here. Anyone expecting all their keywords in the top 3 positions for every keyword after 3 months is not setting proper expectations. Significant to me is when we see mostly upward movement in the search engines. I am a pretty reasonable guy, so if I don't feel it is enough movement I will refund your money. Moving up 2 spots on every keyword is not significant to me, just to clarify
