Lol. He's not going to actually have to pay anything. If you don't show up in court the default judgement automatically gets rewarded... he is in canada where there is no anti spam laws... If he has offshore asset protection he won't ever have to pay a dime.


These fags contacted me before from facebook with a cease and desist... I was stupid for not using offshore domains, hosting and stuff that was in my name.. They threatened to sue me under can spam. I told them i had got a virus from clicking a link on facebook. never heard from them again

They're shady and made millions before facebook by adware/spyware campaigns. some of the investors were sued by microsoft and the attorney general. fuck facebook. their traffic is nice though ;P

Wow, that kind of puts it in perspective right there. I guess bh is more dangerous than going to war. And on a related note, kind of like how pot is more dangerous than cigarettes and alcohol. (ALL my friends get high and beat their wives though, so I understand.)

They quoted they're going to get every penny they can out of the amount owed but they don't really believe they'll get the full amount.

People who just make random accounts and spam are usually just deleted and that's that.. but the morons who phish people's accounts to gain access to communities and use it for spamming purposes deserve every penny they get sued for.

This is just publicity for Facebook. Exactly the reason why they did it in the first place. They dont give a rats ass about this guy. All they care about is their service which is currently estimated at 120m users. By next year, due to this publicity, if they play their cards right, they will have 240m users.
