I'm still waiting on the refund too. He promised a refund and then vanished. Why did you create a thread saying that if the service didn't work you'd issue a refund? Why not just say that if the service didn't work you'll keep the money anyway?

My first time to bought a proxy and what a disappointment. First, your proxies won't work, I tested it with multiple Test Proxy Server Tools and I got the same results, "Not Working", and ofcourse I tested it with my SEO tools, it doesn't work either. I emailed you with the problems but no reply at all. I dunno to others but I'm getting a really poor customer service here...

Ok... I received an email with the replaced proxy you've sent after 24 hrs, but its the same list you sent to me. Ofcourse I don't have doubt's on your proxy service because of the reviews you have, maybe the first day you sent me your 10 proxy was not activated yet so I tried it again, tested with several Proxy Server Tester and its still the same "Not Working"... oh well this what I get from a cheap proxy, learned my lessons.

But anyway here's my feedback, I read the reviews they got response from you after 2 or 3hrs, but for me its a 24hrs more. So yeah Customer Service is Slow for beginners or new to his service, but you will get response from him eventually.

I don't know to others but I can't really work your 10 proxy you gave to me, and my format for inserting it to a proxy server tester, with and without username and password are correct, still can't get it to work.

My recommendation for New to his service is don't get the 1st package or 10 proxy you will be disappointed, I don't know to his other package, but I won't dare to try it. learned my lesson in a hard way.

I had the same problem, told him they don't work and he sent me the same proxies. I don't think he mistakes. Maybe he does it on purpose..

I don't care much about 10 dollars but I don't give 2 pennies on people like him!
