I tought it would be an one time fee for $297,- but now i see its an monthly description? Can i change keywords/url after a month, or will you notice me when an cyclus has been done?

It has been set as a monthly subscription so that clients can activate new projects each month. Yep, you can change the URL's each month & that's the purpose of it. You can also cancel it anytime & get the work done for what you've paid for.
