Sorry about the confusion, I'll edit my previous post.

The Difficulty column is the SEO Competition.

OCI stands for Online Commercial Intent, high value = buying keyword, low value = info keyword.

Hope everything's clear now.

100%. Vendors should take a lesson on you and the dude from no hands seo on support. I could think of a few vendors who could use that lesson that actually have products on this board

What do you guys suggest for buying EMD (Exact Match Domains)? I find many .com and .net are taken. In this case, I read somewhere else to just put a letter like e in the front. Then somewhere else said put x or y at the end. WTH! I'm all confused!! LOL! What do the gurus suggest?

Ps. They say its been talked about a million times on BHW however I find their search features always returns totally irrelevant results - is there any trick to getting just the results you're looking for on here?

Both of the suggestions you give work but they don't carry the same EMD boost compared to if you didn't add an extra letter.

Just know that with enough links ANY kind of domains can rank.

All the best!

Wish i have enough money to buy it...seems amazing!

Hi Clyde,

Just a question about the proxy link you suggested. The $17 deal only comes with 2gb of bandwidth. Is the 2gb bandwidth enough to use with UNF for multiple kw research?

Want to say thanks for a making kw research a fun thing to do again.

Keep up the good support to your clients ae well.

Maximum Regards,
Judeon.

You're welcome Judeon! The 2GB should be enough for an average use.

As for supporting clients, will do! :)

Clyde and others... Ok, I understand to use several toss away adwords accounts - got it. The only thing that does concern me is that while we do keyword scraping, the program is NOT using any proxies at all, correct? That means, we do keyword research, disconnect, changed to a different account, do more research, disconnect, repeat, repeat...

it's all on the same IP. Only the Analyze Competition and domain search is using the proxy, right? So, doesn't this open up Google to figure out that screw the differenet accounts being used - BLOCK THE IP...

Wouldn't it be better if we could use proxies while doing the keyword research as well? I'm guessing the program would have to be modified for that to be possible, right?

You're correct OS, no proxy for that.

Through rigurous testing prior to launch we figured out that they don't really ban by IP (eventhough they say so) so adding a proxy feature to that will only make it slower without extending the half-life of the accounts.

The ban/block on the account is not permanent and will be lifted, the only problem is it's arbritary, I've had accounts unblocked after 2-3 weeks. Some after 4-5 weeks.

Hope that answers your question.

I will test next week. I hope that it work better than "micro niche finder".

Clyde,

I am most definitely interested in buying this product (and probably will); but i'm a bit concerned that you never answer Checkered hat post#9.. I went back and looked at the thread.. I know there are two sides to every story, but could you comfort me before i buy? I'd hate to see a reenactment of your previous product. Gosh knows, G is always changing something. Look forward to your response. Terry

Sorry, if i missed your rebuttal, i looked but didn't see anything. Thanks again, and look forward to giving UNF a run :)

Hi terry02,

I did reply to it right below his post, I'll paste it here for your convinience,

Hi Checkered hat,

If you look at the latest GAKT change, we updated our software first, way before Market Samurai, Traffic Travis or KW Scout. If you look at their thread people are still having problems with scraping new keywords. Members are complaining while the owners are away on vacation.

I'm right here 24/7, all the recent Google changes have been fixed, I consistently update the software as you can see from the Changelog and I have a programmer on retainer constantly fixing all bugs and adding new features. All emails were answered in less than 6 hours, nobody is left behind, everybody's a VIP.

I think I have proven myself over this project and would be more than happy to have you on board as a customer. :)

and thanks for the kind wishes!

Sincerely,
Clyde
Looking forward to have you as a customer!

I bought this a couple of days ago and I'm really pleased with it so far. MUCH faster than Market Samurai. The ability to quickly expand multiple keyword suggestions in the list without changing the project, and the EMD checker both save me a lot of time.

Two questions for the author:

1. The CPC reported by Ultimate Niche Finder has been significantly higher than that reported by Market samurai in most cases that I've checked. Why the discrepancy?

2. How exactly is the competition score calculated?

Overall, great tool and my new choice for keyword research.

That shouldn't happen, can you make sure the Adwords account you're scraping with is also in US Dollars?

2. How exactly is the competition score calculated?

It's a secret formula but we basically look at the Top 10 sites with more emphasize on the Top 3 sites (because that's where you get traffic) and analyze the following factors:

1. On-page SEO, ie: title, description, headers etc.
2. Off-page SEO, backlinks (particularly the quality of backlinks), backlinks to page, backlinks to domains, PageRank, Domain Age etc

Hope that answers your questions.

Thanks for the purchase!

I have reinstalled windows on both computers and I need to reset my licenses because it keeps saying that the 2 licenses are already used. What should I do?

Clyde,

Great tool so far, really saves on research time! Is it possible to display the data that you have on the top 3 sites/or 10 site for that matter? That would really kick up the time savings. similar to uniches; right click see top ten. It would be great to not to have to jump out side so often to a ms type of tool. Just a suggestion :) Thanks for listening. Your feedback has been wonderful/ unlike some other developers out there.
