My guess is it performs the same (or worse), but the results are just faster.

Also, it takes weeks now to get results from campaigns

Interesting point. I'm a very impatient guy and if I don't get results within max 1.5 week I consider my linkbuilding efforts failed. Gladly thats never the case anymore. Still trying to find a way so I get results overnight. :)

Last thing I would like to add: If you don't want to spend money you shouldn't be in IM

While I spend money on IM all the time, I personally like knowing I could rank with just knowledge I have on hand ;)

I'm not saying you're wrong about BMR/Article Ranks/High PR society, I'm just not willing to say you're right.
I intend to split test two brand new domains in a niche as a personal case study
one site gets: 5k web 2.0s/week < 100,000 forum profiles < 2 million SB comments (and Bookmarks to the web 2.0s)
another gets: 1-2k BMR/article ranks/HPR links/week < 10k web 2.0s < 2 million SB comments (all BMR/Article Ranks/HPR will be bookmarked on at least reddit and such)

I want to see who wins, the raw numbers say the first one should, but I suspect similar results from both actually... I'm hoping the latter actually surprises me
I will probably do both for about 2 weeks ... and then stop and wait for where they settle after around a month.
I have like 500 credits in article ranks from just PR sites I donated there a month ago. So in this case it doesn't cost money either ;)
I'll probably shove in some high PR private network articles too

Interesting on such scale.

But why you blast the highpr/bmr/articleranks stuff with 10k web2.0s? I never blast them so I think you shouldn't either, save yourself the time, neither do I bookmark them. Even if the highPR method wins then you waste much more time cause of these 10k web2.0's + money then when you would only do the 5k web2.0 pyramid.

Just 1 thing I would like to know, how many differnet web2.0 platforms do you use in these 5000? In case it are 5000 unique ones then I would say you probably win :)

Btw I have no experience with ArticleRanks, does it work on the same principal as BMR/HighPRsociety where the article lands on the homepage for 1-2 days with a PR2-3 on average?

It's pretty much the same as high PR society (accepts spun content, but it requires a special spintax).
If you donate your own sites PR1+ you can earn credits to post your own articles. 2 credits = 1 article posting out to a niche of PR sites. For each article you post on a PR2 site you get 0.2 credits (you can manually approve the non-crappy ones if you like)
There's really only about 100 different web 2.0 platforms, I have something like 90 automated.
I will use master articles for the tier 2 on the High PR blogpost struture... we shall see soon enough

Only in my country there are close to 100 web2.0 platforms, and I'm from Holland so I bet there are thousands worldwide :)

So articleranks is a bit the same like ALN. Should give it a try some day.

90 automated, nice job :)

Really interesting case study, I'm looking forward to the results!

For the web 2.0s by the way, how much content are you planning to post to each?

I've done a lot of searching around for web 2.0s using diff footprints, but it's tough to find any actually.
The Netherlands has a lot though in general.

Guess it depends what you call a web 2.0. I don't consider microblogs to be web 2.0s
I'm not sure how Article Ranks would differ in results from something like High PR society. It cannot possibly be much better on High PR society though, as they don't filter their spun content either (at least webmasters on article ranks have the option to reject crappily spun content)

I post about 3 articles per subdomain/user

Are you really that limited?

Last thing I would like to add: If you don't want to spend money you shouldn't be in IM

Um, I asked the question to get your opinion, trying to get some information from various sources so I can make my own conclusions based on MY experiences too.

Could do without the insults though...

I don't mind spending money at all, but prefer to buy tools and do my own work. I've noticed the couple of times I did buy links, the work is crappy. All the anchor text the same keyword, spins are crap etc.

Never again, I'm a do it myself kinda guy, besides its my personal viewpoint that even with spam like spun articles, if you do quality work, you get better results. You can spin an article with skill and get some positive SERP rankings, or auto spin some crap and it goes nowhere.

With that said I've ranked low/medium keywords with article directories especially Wordpress putting the links inside the content instead of the resource box, and shit loads of bookmarks for everything. I'm trying to avoid building a ton of Web 2 properties myself as I'd rather build my own website with all that effort. I got into IM to get out of working a job, not spend 16+ hours on the computer all day. Life is short, I want to live as much as possible, so the less work and the more freedom I can create, the better...

I'm not going for any quick blast affiliate sites though, I want to build authority sites that last. My needs are humble, $5000/mo income stream and up suits me just fine and I find that that kind of money doesn't take too much effort...YMMV

yeah your needs are very humble, 5k is only 5k afterall

I can live like a king on a monthly income like that. Spending my time playing in nature gives me true happiness, not owning a Rolex or a Mercedes...

I would *love* to see this case study. That's the biggest pyramid I've ever heard of by far.

I'm assuming that you're using Zenno to create & post to the web2.0's? If so, did you build your own templates or purchase them?

Thanks.

Are you really that limited?

What works for me for low/medium competitive search terms:

- 100 high PR society articles
- 10 BMR posts
- 50 web2.0's $5 fiverr gig (getting too annoyed with software to do myself)
- 100 AMR article backlinks for diversity
- 100 Scrapebox comments, I repeat this a couple of days
- 500 social bookmarks $5 fiverr gig
- 500 Wiki article backlinks $5 fiverr gig
- 10 Facebook fanpage comments
- Youtube video with channel commenting
- Couple docsharing sites
- 10-20 manual high PR3+ blogcomments
- Editing PR3+ wikispaces
- Tumblr reblogging with redirect setting to maindomain

Costs: $27,50 and about 3-4 hrs in total I think, and quite a bit of time scraping solid lists.

For easy/low competitive search terms (emd or innerpages):

- 5 BMR posts
- 50 High PR society articles

Costs: $6,- (assuming you have a BMR subscription)

Thats it, low/medium competitive keywords requires a bit more time and money but it's worth it.

Sorry Noob question what is BMR?

I think most people can live like a king with $5k/month, assuming they dont have a whole family to feed while living in an expensive country with a high mortgage and a lease car.

Playing in nature? Lol, whats that supposed to mean?

Cash,

I've noticed in your BMD strategy guide you mention bookmarking ALL output links including Xrumer urls and "mass blog comments" (which I'm assuming you mean Scrapebox blasts). But I think in your main blueprint you don't mention this and only talk about bookmarking AMR links and Web 2.0 links.

Please can you clarify ?

This discussion should probably be elsewhere but whatever, but I live in the US and ya I agree with you that if you fall for all the trappings of raising a family "normally" you're gonna need more dollars...Overrated and debilitating if you ask me though...I'll pass. I'll especially pass on all the STRESS that life brings with it.

"Playing in nature" means exactly that. I realized early on that the funhouse is outside, and while all our shiny gadgets are impressive, there is no real happiness in it without personal health and the ability to move. I personally Live to hike in mountains, swim in the nations lakes and rivers, run on the beaches etc. and see every nook and cranny of this Earth. Observe any kid, they want to play, you gotta force them to stop, well I never stopped and never will until I die. Biggest mistake ever for adults is to grow up.

$5000 a month buys you a lifestyle that only kings of the recent past could even dream of. Problem with people is that they are spoiled with abundance and don't appreciate anything anymore, even their own lives. Every day the Sun is rising, I'm out basking with gratitude in my heart.

See my sig? I live THAT.

OK back to linking penis enlargement...

Read the whole thread.
Amazing tactic and detailed info.
I am actually creating my very first "big" niche website(I have only done one-pagers previously with moderate success) and I will use this exact SEO tactic for every page, hope it will be successful! Thanks cash202!!!

I have followed the OP since last May with an older site that I didn't do anything with it.
It was not moving at #9 in Google for a specific KW.
It is now #30.
