i had the same problem, so much so that i had to add him on skype to chat to him, he told me he would have a TAT report or well he would pm me in 2hrs time, this was at 1pm on the 31st of January, still no report or PM from the dude, he is a nice guy, but we still expect better customer service and also better communication. Not a rant at the OP or anything, just how business is.

Got my response from the dude, what can i say, fair enough i expected quicker communication BUT he is both professional, helpful and he knows right from wrong. Cant fault the kid as mentioned he is a nice guy, my report comes back hopefully on the 8th, as long as that goes well, this service WILL be a service that i WILL be using and recommending to other users, thats all dependent on the results now. But in terms of service response, top class, if it was not, i would not be spending my time writing this post. Anyway keep a watch as i will post any immediate results in the near future.
He answered all of my questions, in both a professional and structured manner and is still open to receiving questions, whether they are about onsite SEO or not, free of charge!! Again service side yes the response time could be better, or i could have just waited abit longer you decide. But in terms of service response, one of the best.
