Everyone who bought the plugin received the URL of the support desk as this is a support desk for "after sales". None of the code for this plugin was "stolen" (which is a very serious claim). Code was written and code that already existed was packaged together to create a product. There was NO stealing of anyone's code. Please refer to the definition of theft for clarification. If you're having problems with the plugin then, as I've said, please go via the support desk as that is what it is there for.

I would offer the links so everyone can see that its stolen but once again you will ask the mod to delete it. Anyone who actually bought the plugin from us and has asked for support at the official support desk gets it in record time. Anyone who is using a nulled or pirated copy and asking for support from us gets exactly what they paid for.

Yes, there are cracked copies of our plugin going around and yes, it does try to contact our licensing server. We know which copies are cracked copies and for those we simply don't supply support for.

Members from other forums chose to rip the code from our plugin and pack it back together (in a piss poor way) and pass it off as their own product yet they left in the part where it calls our licensing server to pass itself off as a legit copy. Thanks guys (you know who you are).

In regards to the plugin no longer working, that's just plain bogus. If FB makes a change that effects the operation of the plugin, it is dealt with quickly and updates are sent out.

As always, a support ticket to the official help desk gets you the help you need ASAP. The plugin DOES work, it always has done.

Updates are sent out to the registered email that you used when purchasing the plugin. We've recently had people ask for help who were still using v1.1. All you need to do is check your email inbox for updates.


So, the plugin DOES still work, it's always worked. We're still providing support to customers who have actually bought the plugin from us and that has always been the case.

Please note, if you have a copy of this plugin that you obtained without buying it from us then please don't expect THAT version to work and please don't expect us to provide technical or customer support for THAT version.

Depending when you purchased the plugin you may not have received any updates if you purchased the latest version when you made your purchase.

Updates are sent via email, that is how they have always been sent out and if you don't think you have the latest version then please submit a support ticket who will be able to send you a link to the latest version and provide support if you think the plugin isn't working.

Every single support request has been answered and dealt with. We had MANY support requests and the majority of these requests were claims that the plugin didn't work. We worked with each of those customers and proved that it does work. The main problem is that customers will post on this thread that the plugin doesn't work, I'll ask them to submit a support ticket (as stated in the 'read me' file that comes with the plugin), the issue was resolved BUT the customer didn't post back on the this thread that it had been fixed.

I've read some of the support tickets and I'll be flat out honest with you, they were hard work with explaining the obvious but the customer refusing to accept it. But that's what happens when you release a BH product. MANY people will buy it but a lot of them won't understand how it works (heck, a LOT of people never even installed the plugin on a single site).

Some customers who never even installed it on a site even submitted a support ticket stating that it didn't work (which it obviously wouldn't work if it hadn't been installed).

As there being some mysterious forum??? WE never said there was any forum for this plugin. I'm sorry that you thought there was.

Why would you go straight to a PP dispute without even trying the plugin to see if it works?

YES, the plugin works, it always has done and if you have ANY problems using the plugin please submit a support ticket to the support desk of which the URL is in the 'read me' file that you downloaded with the plugin.

I have to admit that seller needs some adjustment in people relation but other than that the plugin specially the pro version works for me.

I think what's lacking is a thorough explanation of how it works and how best to utilize the plugin.

I sympathize with you and your frustrations because I experienced the same situation you are in now. But allow me to help you out a bit.

The plugin works when someone is only logged in to fb and that someone will click anything on page. That's how the clickjacking occurs.

Then again, after several weeks of working the plugin, it was only giving me a few likes. I came to realize that only a few are clicking on my pages even with the massive paid and organic traffic.

Problem: No clicks and no fb logins = no likes

Solution: I have 3 dormant movie sites and an active video sites. I activated the 3 dormant movie sites by updating one and duplicating the posts to the other 2 and installing the pro plugin. I then promoted them heavily on auto traffic exchanges, and walla the clicks and likes started coming in more than ever.

I've also installed it on my active video site with same positive results.

You just have to know what triggers people to click and you have a winner.

BTW, there has never been an update since I bought both versions. But they both work except that the pro serves me best.

I have the regular version of the plugin.

FOR ME IT WORKED AND STILL WORKS.

When I first bought it, I contacted support because I had a problem.
Turned out I was using the wrong email..... MY bad, not theirs.

Response from support was fast.


I have never received any spam or any offers for any other product other than the pro version of the software. But It is expected that they would notify me if a pro version came out. I do not consider that spam.

If you are not getting facebook traffic .... it is mostly because your site is not getting the clicks.
At one time I thought it was not working.... but I was wrong... it was just my traffic.


If you purchased this plugin and you have not even tried it.... and you want to do a Paypal chargeback.... then you really need to not be in IM.

I write this because I believe this thread is being sidetracked unfairly by trolls that have not bought the plugin or just want to trash it.

And no... I am not an affiliate of this plugin nor do I know Shezboy.

I am just a satisfied customer.

OK, you said the plugin doesn't work - I told you that you need to submit a support ticket but you just reply here stating the plugin doesn't work. If you're having a problem with the plugin then you need to submit a support ticket. It doesn't get any easier to understand than that.

You claim you received spam email from us but what was that email about and what actually classified it as spam?

You're asking me to resolve something without actually stating what it is that is wrong. Simply submit a support ticket to have your issues resolved, it really is that simple. If you don't have the most up to date version of the plugin they will tell you and send you the any updated version.

I'd ask you to do that than reply here with the same post about the plugin not working and you not receiving any updates etc.

What else can I do or how else can I help you if you won't follow my advice and submit a support ticket??

Read the two posts above this one about the plugin working etc. I am trying to help you even though you've called me a liar and an asse hole.

In Shezboy's defence, I requested a refund for the plugin and additional licence pack recently. I was refunded fully within 24hrs. When I was using the plugin (about 3 weeks ago), it worked as intended. I'm referring to the regular plugin, not pro.
