Too true, someone should have posted for me 5 years back to read. I screwed my life. Started with internet marketing in mid 2006 and sold my properties in late 2007 for something else.

Now what? I am starting again from scratch.

Joined BHW to fast forward my knowledge as I was missing a lot all these years. Looks like it is going to work and faster this time.
