Just another idea for monitizin the network, we could offer it as a service (100 article submission with permanent links) and split, even if it's like $0.20 each it could add up if we have a good service.

And just a suggestion. I wont mind paying a small fee to the developers/organizers for taking the time to do this.

Would it be an idea to set a small fee to join the network? I am thinking $5 - $10.

Not a totally bad idea. I'd vote for $50+ though. Would make it an even better incentive to not fuck it up and make sure your shit is up and you don't abuse the system in any way. If you do, you will have wasted your money. Sure, $50 is not a lot, but even if it's not people tend to be better at taking care of products/services they paid for.

From what you send me G-S-T the script will have their database on yours/OP's server. So once someone will quit then all articles will be able to transfer to a new domain.
So all effort and money stays in the network - just like in a BMR right?
If such I do not see a point in paying again 50$+ for signup.

The suggestion was to include a one-time fee to join the network, it would be free thereafter.

Were going to build it in a way that will discourage people from joining for a short time and leaving. This will stop the network being spammed by smash and grab artists.

I didn't want to be rude or offensive with that signup fee thing. I'm on board once I will get everything done but want to know about the content and databases.

People will put articles in my AA sites and then what? If I would like to leave I will leave with articles or they will 'belong' to the network.

The way it will work is like this: We will have a central database on our cloud server. Sites will get a template thats easy to make bespoke and have their adsense on it.

As a member you would be required to add 1 site to the network in order to submit a limited number of articles per day. Members can add more sites from different C-class Ip's and they will increase their submission limit.

If a member decides to leave, then everything they have added to the network can be easily removed from the system. It sounds harsh, but we want to discourage people from just joining for a short time just to either submit a ton of articles and then leave and delete their domain. It will also stop content hounds from just building domains to fill with content and then after a few months leaving and changing the domain to something else and steal all the inbound links webmasters have built in their linkwheels.

I know some people wont like this, but frankly i dont care. I want people in this for the long run or not at all.

Hi again,

Will we be employing daily posting limit per account (or per website) to keep the integrity of network (maybe for at least during the first few months of operation)? I would personally like it to be similar to BMR in the sense that it employs a daily post limit / domain as to keep the network below G00gl3's radar.

On the idea of webmasters having a way to self police, the concept is very good but will it work in a very large scale?

Should we start accounting (making a list of) all the aspiring members of the network, so we'll have an idea how many are really interested with this project.

I think we should also have a chart of the project's timeframe so we can set real targets / deadlines

I personally think that the OP, the default leader of the group, could and should start organizing the aspirants so he can divide some tasks within the group. We have many intelligent aspirants with very good ideas so IMHO, our OP should also on strategizing for the network.

I am very excited about this network. If we can make this work (im actually sure we would), this would be a milestone for BHW.

I will say that I think those that are interested have probably PM'd G-S-T with a site they plan to use for this...that's what I did. Whether he is keeping any sort of official interest list or not, I do not know.

Just a suggestion. If there are any decisions or rules in place, just edit your very first thread so people can read the updates on the idea. It would be easier for members to have an idea on what is going on.
