Definitly doable.
If he's got some automation going, wouldn't be surprised if it was gigsterrbot- he could easily blast his gig(s) over to 50+ acc's and use the mailer/harvester to generate more leads/ auto message customers, etc.
To the naysayers- VERY VERY doable to make 5-10k/mo with Fiverr, I've been doing it for months, the key is scaling / automation.
even if one he's just doing 200+ sales per day per account, (x) 50 accounts, 100 accounts, etc. = limitless$$

I'm pretty close to figuring out a method to achieve this many fb likes over 2-3 days, I'll share the idea after testing if it works, I'm going to try it tonight, have had literally 4 hours sleep over the last 3 days and I'm actually starting to halucinate wish I'd never read this thread lol. Still, I've NO IDEA how he does this in 5 minutes! I've got a feeling the dude who provides this gig is actually the devil Mark Zuckerberg himself, just a little sideline for fun so he can fuck with our heads!

As Asiriusthoth and others suggested, this is doable via TweetAttacks, but our mystery man clearly has it down to a science...if he's really smart, he's outsourcing this 24hrs/day while doing something fun.
Man I'm genuinly fascinated by this guy, can't stop my mind from trying to figure out how he does it. I doubt there's a bot that can achiev likes at this rate , no way would a simple bot get past fb security like that don't you need to be a member to like a page? Crazy stuff
