Well writers from us who write good articles in english are not asking for too much money.. I bet you can get quality articles with great information for around 1,5$/100 words.
Try finding experienced freelancers in odesk or other related sites.
In our country, IM is kinda unknown so forums in this niche are not going to help you find good writers.
