There's something wrong on TorrentFunks side cause Manual uploading of the torrent file doesn't work either.

It might not be the captcha, right click on the 'error' torrent and use the Go to URL option, take a look if it says captcha incorrect. Remember that decaptcher is being solved by a third party service (people) not an OCR, so if they get one or so wrong that doesn't mean that Decaptcher doesn't work, just try again

It says incorrect captcha because it types error in the captcha field and submits it with that.
EDIT: Added Torrentator to windows firewall and works great now.

It's probably redundant since once you have your uploads out to the sites supported you will get indexed to all the other smaller sites
I've done around 80 uploads with the app so far and it works flawlessly - a few upload errors are due to factors outside the app itself (captcha error duplicate names failed login etc.) not a single glitch due to torrentator which is rock-solid ..best money I spent all year

Last I checked isohunt requires two forum posts before your account becomes activated to upload, which is a big hassle. You will notice however if you upload to btjunkie your torrent will be indexed automatically by iso within 2 days so I never bothered uploading there
I just tested an upload to kickass and it works fine for me. The only errors I have ever seen from kick is when my torrent name matches an already existing torrent in their database in which case just need to rename the torrent and re-up it. Maybe try testing it a bit more - and remember kickass does not like certain word in torrent names like "crack" and so forth, those torrents will be auto-deleted immediately
