No problem. I would advise not to ping them since it's better for google to crawl your links naturally.

My review:
Ordered the Platinum package and even at that quantity they over-delivered by ~20%. I was pretty happy about that alone.
Also I have to point out I had initially provided some bogus URLs, and after I caught it and let them know, it was fixed....no questions asked. This means a great deal considering the number of links and time taken to replace them, and that it was my own fault to begin with. =P
I'll be ordering more. I've seen a slight increase in SERPS and some of these have been indexed naturally. However, I'm pushing that along a bit and will report back soon on the final results.
On a side note: sucks Y! Site Explorer is gone...I dunno yet how I feel about Bing, although the $50 free ad credits was a nice bonus.

As of now, majestic SEO is what seems to be the replacement for yahoo site explorer. I'm sure someone will soon develop a free alternative though.
