Please let us also know if and when you expect that the service on the forum will be good , like answering posts and do again teamviewer sessions because most people do not get responses on the posts on the forum. I am thinking about getting the lifetime package. I have been using SEo Nuke for the last 3 weeks and they don't have the option to add your own sites into the software. In the forum I see you are working on doing this. I can be patient for updates knowing they are coming, so my question is if I get the 10 day free trial and like it can I upgrade to the lifetime package? I just don't want to jump into the lifetime package without the trial. Let me know!

Thanks GG, Reinrein, Paincake? and others involved for working on a solution, a lot of us appreciate keeping your customers best interests as a priority.

I found VSEO + VSEO Pro very user friendly. As user friendly as possible without sacrificing advanced functions and flexibility. I absolutely disagree with removing training capabilities. Flexibility is really important IMO. Combining VSEO and VSEO Pro would be great and definitely set the tool apart from the competition.

Can you tell us if we can use our curent created databases in VSEO also when you have recoded the software?

You should try to make the training of venom like scrapebox. Seems really simple and would add to the simple user interface. I really lke the soft itself so once all things are sorted out and the suggestions hre are being worked on it should be great.
lets hope you did get enough good ppl to have it ready in dec.

I've been the first subscriber to VenomSeoPro (as far as I know) and never got the software to do anything except of creating blogs on four different platforms that I couldn't post links to without admins from there checking them before.

BUT: If you believe in a team of coders or a software, why shouldn't you pay 50 dollars or whatever each month to make it better!? If Venom works 100% some day and does what it's supposed to do, I'll make that money back within one day easily...

Just reading through the last few pages, I am pretty pissed off about this. I paid very good money for a life license for this software about two month ago. Where does this leave us? Are you offering refund to life license holders...the owner of an SEO product saying they have it under control is one thing, but to actually deliver is another. I can't even use Venom Pro right now, if the server lets me open it, I can't create campaigns, and my existing campaigns have no lists visible. So I can't do a thing.
I'll take a refund right now if it's an option, if not, I'd at least expect to be able to use this software that cost me more than my first car. I'd post in the support forum for help, but that place is a ghost town. Where to from here?

Lets just assume Venom Pro is a complex program that justifies a high monthly membership or an expensive one off fee. It can't be reprogrammed from scratch in a few weeks without the source. It's insulting to say otherwise. Where's the update to the official forum, or the email to paying customers telling us whats going on....there hasn't been one.

Is GG even on skype to reassure me that my investment is safe...no. Has he replied to my message on skype. No.

I can sit on my hands for a while and give him the benefit of the doubt, but I am not happy about it. We're not talking about chump change here...people have given these guys a lot of cash.

If GG has the source back and everything is fine, then OK...but some reassurance to customers would go a long way at this point.

well I have more than 8 posts and well I have a lifetime license as well. Same here I have not been able to really use it in the months. I was going to buy Xrumer but the ability to train it to any site we want cut the deal for me. well needless to say so far it dod not live ut to expectations.

With that said I think it has a lot of potential but we will have to see a roadmap and I am sure if for any reason the things wont work out there will be a refund. Lets rather hope GG gets it all sorted, which I thin he should be able to do, and get all the features in for what we bought the software. I hope we get a nice christmas present as I really could use the soft right now so I know how u feel.try to pm him here thas what i did so i could at least run venom again for some profiles at least.
