No, there are no additional charges. I've sent you a coupon and it'll save you a fiverr. After you sign in, enter the coupon, you'll automatically be redirected to the payment page. You'll be able to pay from there. Nope, you won't be charged any money if you decide not to continue. That's just not fair, in my opinion.

Not sure what the problem was, probably the downtime of a couple minutes.

Anyway, Its all working now.
