If you had let us know about the issues, we would have get them revised. I have mentioned it in the email as well.

I admit that you have the right to post your feedback about my service but it would have been much better if you had just contacted me at the first place instead of coming in to a conclusion. As a service provider I am always there for my clients to assist in case of dissatisfaction of provided articles.

Anyway, I hope that this will not happen next time if you continue to be one of our customer.
