Just noticed big increase in Pagerank on my sites! Lot of my internal pages got PR4-5!!!

Don't worry man, you'll get there! All of us used to be where you're at right now, but it'll improve in time.

Build links from high pagerank sites/pages.

It's not that. It's because a lot of my PR used to come from spammed blogs. I didn't make any high PR blog comments for a couple of years, so over time the blogs are dying or my comments are being pushed off the PR pages.
