I guess you're asking that because it's free?

I have charged a monthly fee in the past for this service - I'm making it free now in order to make it more accessible to more people.

The SEO Marketplace will be ad-funded, so that will keep costs down for service providers. Yes, there is a possibility of bringing back the paid version, but that will only come as a last resort.

signed up and activated my account, but can't see where to create an order form, except when I click the Upgrade My Account link - thsi takes me to a page where I get told that if I upgrade then I can create order forms ... and upgrade costs $50 / month? So whats free?

Make sure you register through one of the links in the OP as a "Service Provider" I accidentally registered as a "buyer" I guess.

Use the link in the OP and in the top right corner should have something like "For Service Providers" and register there

I have a question though - is there any way we can also brand the PayPal payment page with our own logo - I want to use embedded forms on my site, and would like the PayPal payment page to carry my own logo to keep a seamless feel for my users.
