More Clickbank success

The first thing I ever tried was micro niche blogs. I picked a niche and got to number one on google for the keywords I wanted.

It turned out to be a bad pick at niches. It never really paid off. I ended up scrapping the site to make autoblog.

I also have autoblogs and they make very little as I am only monetizing with adbrite.

My money maker has been Clickbank.

My first month of stats for clickbank have 0 dollars earned. But within the last month I've made 111.37 dollars.

I only have 1 Clickbank site making sales. I managed to make 4 dollars with selling a product through another site but altogether the rest of the money came from 1 clickbank product.

Now I am seeing what if I have 10? So very happy with clickbank.

If you are wondering how I make my sales you must be a junior vip member. Unfourtunately my method is one of those that you cannot read about in the free forum.

I will just say this. If you are on the fence about wether Clickbank is legit or if you haven't made any sales yet, don't give up. You will find a way.

I will tell you that I have a site that looks like a corporate site and it doesn't look like im selling clickbank.

Also, alot of clickbank products can do well just by offline marketing. Put some signs on power poles, or put some signs on the corner. Get some stickers made and put them out there.

I built a website in Feb to promote a Clickbank product. It was a simple website with 10 articles, and a call for action button, which lead the visitors to the Clickbank product.

I was able to get the website to 5th position in Google by end of April for the primary keyword I was targeting. The keyword gets around 6000 monthly searches. On #5. my website was getting 30 visitors every day and 3 to 6 hops on an average.

Anyway, I wasn't getting a single sale. After 3 weeks without any sales, I started to think Clickbank was a waste of time. Anyway, before throwing in the towel, I changed the product I was promoting, just to see if anything would happen.

Guess what? From end of May right to mid-July, I had 7 sales which made me a total of $188. I was getting almost 1 sale every week. Had my website reached #1 position for the keyword I was targeting, I'm sure I would have got 2 sales every week.

Anyway, I got too impatient to get the website to #1, and paid a guy on Fivver to build a few thousand Xrumer backlinks to my website. Within a few days my website went from #5 to #435. Stupid mistake! I've been able to get it back to #343 after a lot of link building, but things are moving really slowly. But I have a few things in mind that I'm going to try out, which I think will eventually get my website back to top 5.

So moral of the story. Don't give up just because it doesn't work the first time! Clicbank is totally legit. Sometimes a product might not sell as you had expected it to. In which case you should try changing to another product like I did. Keep experimenting. Don't fall into the trap of giving up too soon. You will succeed if you keep at it!

Great post. Nice to see someone having some success with ClickBank.

ClickBank was the first thing I came across when first starting out in IM. As you may have guessed with it being my first blog and try at IM I didn't succeed with that method and gave up on ClickBank early on.

I completely forgot about them and I may give them a try if my current method works out and I have some spare time.

Well this thread seems to be mostly a motivational thread, but it does give some good examples of what I always tell people.

Usually the people that say Clickbank is a scam are just upset because they weren't able to make any sales. But that has nothing to do with Clickbank being a scam. Clickbank is just an order processing platform, whether someone succeeds or fails depends on the marketing methods they use and the products they select to promote.

As long as Clickbank tracks the orders it gets and pays out to its vendors and affiliates then it can't be called a scam. There can definitely be products sold on there which could be considered scams, but that's a completely separate issue. There's also many products on there that are exceptionally good, and many more that are at least satisfactory. So when you think of trying out Clickbank, just remember it's up to the affiliate to find a good product and a good method to promote it. All that Clickbank does is take care of the order processing when a sale is made.

I made two more sales which is cool.

There are many many ways to make money with Clickbank or any other place like it. I really want to open an account with all of them.

My main goal is to not even need google. I just trying to make enough cash to start buying traffic. Course I want to get my biz license etc. But I am just letting this pay for itself. No rush, I already spent money on seo products etc.

I just decided no more spending till I start earning and the last two months I made around 300 so it's a pretty good start I think.

I know you can make 12,000 dollars just from answering email but I haven't figured that out yet . lol.

I done gave up on hope. I know I'm going to make it because if I don't I'll never quit and I don't think I will fail if I never quit. When I make enough maybe it spill over on some of you guys.

Of course that doesn't mean you need to start talking crap about what someone else is doing for themselves.

There's a lot of people here that would actually love to find something where they can make $90 per day. So while clickbank marketing may not be of use for you, it certainly is a good solution for a lot of people. I'm sure those people could do without the "my e-penis is bigger than yours" dialogue.

Besides, I think the point of this thread was that if you work at clickbank and find a way to get conversions, the next step is to duplicate that for other products. That's a fact with any online marketing method. Find something that works, work it till it's pretty much on autopilot (just as the ebooks make sound so easy to do), and then start duplicating it.

Duplicate enough times and that $90 (that does 'shit all' for you) can grow to $500/day, $1000/day, $2000/day, etc. It just all depends on how well you can duplicate what your succeeding with.

While it's true his main promotion method may be CL, but the fact he's making sales does in fact demonstrate what he says, which is clickbank isn't a scam. You just need to find the right products to promote and a way to send it targeted traffic.

You might even be right that the fact he's using cl might be hard to scale up, but that's not necessarily how he has to scale up either. The money he's making from his first efforts can be used on new campaigns to pay for things he might need. Article writing, SEO, or whatever.

Now that he's had some success, beeHWfan can use that experience to help himself achieve more.

I agree completely with Greywolf , but I want to add that picking a product in Clickbank is the same as picking a Microniche . Finally what really matters is the CTR and Conversion RATE. So this way you can tell exaclty how many visits you need to get the amount of money that you want to make, simple mathematics.
