Hi all,

I am sure it's me missing something for the standalone version here.

Code:
$magic_number = 1234; // Any number you choose except ZERO!

$cpa_offer_url = Aff_URL;
Where should I put the reference to my whitehat website?

Thanks in advance.

IS there any modded version that supports offer rotation ? mn=111 rotates between x amount of links?

Hi there,
I keep on reading about coding this and that, etc, etc... i am pretty new to this and still learning.
Now... I do not have any wordpress, however I have like 30 different CPA offers I'd like to promote (obviously hiding the source... lol).
I understand I would need to have a white hat site for each CPA offer, like this: www.myreferercpaoffer.com ------> www.mywhitehatblog.com ---> ?
So... I have downloaded the cpa redirector 2.1 to my hard drive. Now... my question  is (a very noob one, sorry :() what do I do next? can anyone expalin in plain, simple terms how I go about it to get all my offers up and running and safe from my AM??
many thanks! :tee:

I know this is a nobb question (please forgive me) but why would you want to hide the source? I'm not sure i get what this plugin is needed for. Whats going on here?

So that the CPA Networks don't know how you're really making that money or that you're going against their terms of service. So, for example, let's say that you promote a CPA offer that does NOT allow you to promote it through e-mail. With this plugin you could promote through e-mail but the source/referrer would "tell" the CPA Network that you were actually promoting it through a website instead of via email. So basically you get to do black hat stuff while appearing to be 100% white hat.

Wow, that's very generous to give this out for free. Thanks and rep given. I love wordpress plugins.

What does this thing do exactly? Please advise.

Lol :) , Not to despise you or anything like that, but if i may ask, what brought you to this thread ? What were you doing on the forum to end up in the middle of this thread ?

To answer your question, well this is an interesting tool.

Basically this thing is a wordpress plugin. my analysis of what it does is that it appears to be something that you use to deceive or employ misdirection tactics by sending traffic from ONE source (normally a gray/disallowed source!!) and then making it appear to your affiliate manager that the traffic actually comes from "ANOTHER MORE LEGITIMATE/CLEAN/ALLOWED SOURCE".

i am reluctant to say more becuz I don't want you to play around with this type of stuff from pure ignorance, unless i am assured it would be to YOUR benefit.

frankly i would advise "YOU" to stay away from it, let the other guys play with it, cuz they fully "understand" the risk they're taking. i think they know exactly what they're trying to do in their marketing with this type of tool :)

absolutely :), stated in other words, you would be sending illegitimate traffic from a bad source (just bad or fraudulent traffic..lol :) ) to the offer landing page, but you want to bounce that traffic through a clean/legitimate "website" (in this case it must be a wordpress post) which will cause the clean/legitimate website to appear as the ONE sending the traffic. HOWEVER, if a person visits the clean/legitimate website (the wordpress post) to check on it, he would find that IT HAS the offer advertised on it (it has a banner/link to the offer offer) and he would NOT notice anything fishy.

Here's an important consideration for those who are too curious on this and you just WANT TO USE IT, but you have No idea/clarity on what it's about :

If you DO NOT have the offer advertised on the post, you are playing with Fire! . . . because if you read what i say above, you should NOT redirect people/traffic by having them go through an "EMPTY" wordpress post! you MUST have the link to the offer and some text (LOTS of text/review/etc) talking about the offer and pimping the offer on that wordpress post.

Ok guys, I managed to get it working,
but say for instance if I'm promoting (or 'spamming') my cpa link through this on wordpress, and for instance i send this link out

http://blackboxer.com/firstpost/?mn=123456
but when I check it with ipinfo.info, my refferer still says
http://blackboxer.com/firstpost/

My problem is, what if the site im 'advertising' on says
http://www.blackboxer.com is a spammer/posts affiliate links etc
so even though my cpa company will not see their particular offer on my website (cause refferer doesnt show /?mn=123456) they will type my site into google and see the complaints
My site still shows up as the referrer, and not the page
is there any good work around for this, for my site to remain referrer free?

I hope that made sense,

I don't really want to use anonym.to because it makes my link look shady, I would rather a work around or a better suggestion as to how to fix it
Thanks and rep will be given

Lol, i must say this seems like a rather interesting thread ! :)

Well you are bringing about one of THREE important considerations that those who use this type of tool must always bear in mind.

1. you must ALWAYS have the TEXT/review/etc in your post, and you MUST also have the LINK to the offer in that post. So you are INCORRECT in your 3rd paragraph when you say that the affiliate network (let's say the Affiliate Manager, because it'll certainly be a Human Being checking up on you) will NOT or Must NOT see their offer on the wordpress post. The correct idea behind this is that the AFFILIATE MANAGER MUST see the offer advertised and talked about on your post, WITH a legitimate/normal affiliate link pointing to the offer landing page. Your affiliate manager, he's gonna come to check your site/post out, since your OUTSTANDING conversions will be OF GREAT INTEREST to him :) ....

2. The magic number ! It appears that everyone is setting their magic number as 1234. Now that would Not be wise at all, would it ? Cuz it leaves a simple footprint that can get a lot of guys here busted, since this thread is publicly indexed by google. It is best to set your magic number as a REAL magic number, such as 83573628.

3. The third and MOST important factor has to do with TRAFFIC SOURCE ! If we look into this with deeper eyes, those who employ this tactic should stay under the radar. I don't believe a lot of affiliate managers are die hard SEO experts, but if an affiliate manager is a smart guy, he could SPY on your "traffic source" by way of using advanced SPYING tools that are indeed capable of revealing WHO is sending traffic to the URL of the post. Have you ever heard of Scrapebox ? Or the many other techniques, i DONT want to mention them here because i DONT want to EDUCATE any affiliate managers about this here, but have you ever heard of the so-called SEO technique of "finding your competitor's links" ?? . . . such a technique would reveal to the investigator that SOMEONE out there on the internet is busy sending traffic to this link =

www.your-redirection-blog.com/post1

within minutes the investigator would also see that there is OTHER related traffic that is being sent to =

www.your-redirection-blog.com/post1/mn=8574

and within seconds after that, such an investigator would also check whether there is any other remaining traffic being sent to =

www.your-redirection-blog.com

Now this brings me to the issue of HOW you are driving traffic to your redirection post :) If you are a FORUM SPAMMER or an SEO spammer (blog spamming, etc) or planting TEXTUAL/CLICKABLE links all over out there on the internet, you could GET busted thru that SPYING warning i mentioned above ! . . . because your links would be a blatant giveaway if an avid investigator was behind your back and wondering WHY your traffic is CONVERTING SO DAMN GOOD.

But on the other hand if you are a YOUTUBE/Video promoter, and you have your links in UNCLICKABLE form (in pictures/Video watermarks/etc) then you would BE SAFE, because there's NO INVESTIGATOR that's gonna EVER know where your illegitimate traffic actually comes from.

If you ARE indeed an SEO spammer and your ONLY way of promotion is via plating millions of clickable links all over the NET, this is WHAT you must do to totally protect yourself from avid investigators who are LOOKING for your links (because they're TRYING to steal your traffic since it appears to convert so damn well ... YES affiliate managers will DO THAT too!!! they STEAL traffic sources from THEIR AFFILIATES!!!) The way to misdirect such a smart ass affiliate manager is to NOT send the junk/illegitimate/fraudulent traffic DIRECTLY to the redirection post =

www.your-redirection-blog.com/post1/mn=8574 (DON'T plant SPAMMY links all over forums/blogs/SEO which are directly pointing to the post like this!!).

Rather plant links that point to a URL shortner, meaning you will be bouning the traffic through a redirection service (and duh, your redirection must NOT sit on YOUR BLOG or anywhere under YOUR OWN DOMAIN ! :) ). That URL shorter ideally must blank referers itself. This way the investigator on your trail will SNIFF all day, all he wants, all over the internet and he will HAVE NO IDEA what drives TRAFFIC to your blog really :) :)

In closing:
it is CRUCIAL TO ENSURE you are NOT greedy with this guys !!! Stay under the radar. the MORE greedy u are with this, the more likely you are to spoil it for OTHERS. Junk/poor traffic is Ok, but TOO MUCH of it on ONE network will still lead to your disappointment anyway, even if the network CANNOT prove that you are doing something fishy. Yes, they will pay you your last check but then they will send you a letter by email along these lines :

Hi, Mr Good Affilate, you're the highest converting affiliate on our network ! And we want to thank you for assisting us through all your great marketing effort ! However, we've decided that we're pulling out of offering this offer, and we will NOT be running it anymore going forward. So we don't need your high converting traffic anymore :(

Everybody else promoting this SAME offer will probably get the SAME email, and the offer gets stopped for all affiliates, just like that, . . . all because 3 or 4 guys were OVER-MILKING it :(

Does anyone know if cpa redirector work on a website which is in an iframe. I have tried using a double meta refresh and it leaks the website which the iframe code is on?

Hi Randolph

If I may ask .. "WHY" would you want to hide the iFrame page ?? I thought you would NOT want to hide the iframe page from anyone, because my understanding of this tool and in some of my earlier long explanations about it is that I think it is best if you do NOT hide the page that sends traffic to the offer at all. There's NO need to hide that page, because this tool (CPA Redirector) is actually a very smart tool if you understand how you should use it to the fullest :)

So I'd like to ask
"WHY" would you want to hide the iFrame page at all ?? Why is there a need to hide it ?

The website that I want to display as the referrer will be inside the iframe code. I want to hide the actual site where the iframe code is on.

Why do I want to hide it? - simply because the cpa network does not allow iframes and I dont want to reveal this website.

So, does anyone know how to do this?

An often confusing concept about iFrames is how people identify the 2 elements involved in the framing. They talk about "the page I am framing" .. "if I frame a page, etc". This can get confusing ! You DON'T frame a page! A PAGE iframes another PAGE :) You're a human, so YOU can never FRAME a page :) . . I like to identify these two elements unambigiously before I talk anything deep about their inner workings.

According to me, there is the "FRAMER" and then there is the "FRAMED". The framer is the OUTER page, while the FRAMED is the inner page (the ONE inside the Frame). Good.

Now a key thing to note is that when the FRAMER/outer page loads the FRAMED/inner page, there will be a REFERER in the picture. I have confirmed this through my own excessive paranoia about the inner workings of referers !!

As soon as the FRAMER loads the FRAMED, the FRAMED/inner-page sees the FRAMER/outer-page as the REFERER ! Now if your goal is to HIDE this referer, then I am afraid you might be out of context right now talking about CPA Redirector. Yes you might be interested in the "wrong thread" looking at this CPA Redirector thing, lol :) Ok, I'll explain in full below, you "might" still find something to tweak your thinking around your own situation, after reading my detailed story below.

My understanding of the way CPA Redirector works is that it SHOULD be used in a case where you want to send your "grey traffic" to a perfectly looking "legitimate" affiliate page which has your legitimate affiliate banners or affiliate links on it. However, your "legitimate" affiliate page will have TWO-faces. It employs a powerful misdirection tactic... thanks to CPA Redirector !

One face of the page is that the grey traffic reaches the page using a MAGIC NUMBER, so your grey traffic reaches this page as

www.mysite.com/page.php?magicnumber=36473

and THAT maigc number part you see is WHAT makes the page BEHAVE differently !! If the page is reached or opened with this MAGIC NUMBER part specified in the URL, then it REDIRECTS the visitor to the CPA offer page (or ANY offer landing page) AUTOMATICALLY :) Now when the visitor reaches the CPA offer page, u might incorrectly think that the CPA offer page will see

www.mysite.com/page.php?magicnumber=36473 as the referer.

But NO, that's NOT the case ! The CPA offer page will actually see ONLY this part as the referer

www.mysite.com/page.php

(NO magic NUMBER part!!). And if you yourself visit the page WITHOUT THE MAGIC NUMBER PART, then the page will show only as a normal web page with your legitimate affiliate links/banners on it. It will NOT redirect you to the CPA offer automatically under ANY circumstances, guaranteed ! You can TEST with 50 different types of web browsers including mobile phone browsers, etc.. the page will NOT redirect you automatically to the offer if you visit it WITHOUT the magic number :) ! You will HAVE TO CLICK those affiliate links as a human being in order to go to the CPA offer page. And that's the TWO powerful faces of your affiliate page, thanks to CPA Redirector :)

To drill it again, ONE face of your affiliate page is this :
www.mysite.com/page.php?magicnumber=36473

While the other face is this one :
www.mysite.com/page.php

That's two totally different behaviours from the SAME base page (page.php). The power to automatically redirect the traffic is hidden in reaching the page via the Magic Number part in the URL :) And that's how your grey traffic reaches this page.

Now what you say you want to do is to HIDE your framer/outer page so that it cannot be seen/detected by the FRAMED/inner page ! But I feel I must ask you again .... WHY do you HAVE to do that ??? Lol :) It sounds to me that your FRAMED/inner page is a legitimate affiliate page with banners/link to the offer. If you FRAME this page, then there is NO need to worry about the affiliate network seeing your FRAMER/outer page. They will NEVER bother you with your FRAMER/outer page, with or without CPA Redirector !

If you FRAME a page, and that FRAMED/inner page has affiliate links on it, then you are NOT breaking any rules with your affiliate network because you are framing your OWN affiliate page. Unless you are directly FRAMING the offer page itself !! Then we are talking about something to do with the affiliate network. Framing your own affiliate page has NOTHING to do with your affiliate network. It is paranoid to think that your affiliate network are saying you should NOT iframe your OWN affiliate pages :)

When they say they DON'T want iFrames, they probably mean you must NOT iFrame THEIR OFFER page directly. What I hear you saying here is that you are iFraming your OWN affiliate page which I assume it has banners/links to the offer on it, and Humans Must click on those banners/links to reach the offer/landing page.

If that's the case, then you're thinking TOO DEEP about your situation. CPA Redirector is NOT needed for that !!! LOL :) You're fine ! If you've read my detailed explanation above in this very post where I emphasize HOW CPA Redirector is designed to work as well as HOW it should be used, you will realize that your situation is OUT of context. You probably Don't need CPA Redirector.

In fact in your case, the PAGE you're trying to HIDE does NOT need to be hidden at all :) Which is what has been driving me nuts when I kept asking you WHY are you hiding it and WHY do u have to hide it ? :)

Even if the affiliate network saw your FRAMER/outer page, they wouldn't care ! Because it is NOT FRAMING one of their pages (it's NOT framing their offer page!) and in fact it NEVER sends them ANY traffic at all. The PAGE that sends them traffic is your FRAMED/inner page, which is your AFFILIATE page, and if you're NOT doing anything shady on your framed/inner/affiliate page and you just have clean affiliate links/banners on it then you're FINE :) Leave CPA Redirector alone. It is NOT necessary for your situation :) . . . unless I misunderstand you.

Am I understanding you perfectly ?? LOL.

Mazzim, Thanks for your detailed anwser, I really apprecite it.

Let me give you a clear explanation of what I am trying to achieve -

My overall objective is to create fake traffic, using real traffic which I already have. I own a white hat website (website A - Framer), website A gets real traffic. I have placed a 0 x 0 pixel iframe on website A, so when a visitor visits the page on website A, where the iframe is on, the cpa redirector link (Website B - Framed) inside the iframe invisibly redirects a click to my cpa link.

I have found from my testing that 90% of the time website B is the referrer however around 10% of the time, there is a leak and the referrer is shown as website A. I dont want my aff manager seeing that website A is the referrer as they will be able to see the iframe on the page and find out I am creating fake traffic. I want to stop the framed inner page seeing the framer outer page as the referrer - I want to hide the referrer of the framer outer page

Ahhh ! now I see what u're trying to do. In fact I suspected that you might be doing something special about your frames. In my previous reply I nearly wanted to ask you HOW big your frame is or HOW many frames you have within the framer page ! Because if your answer was going to be anything other than ONE simple big frame, then I was immediately going to know that you're doing pure blackhat stuff , Lol :) Anyway, now I see! it must be that you want to LOWER your CTR rate/ratio or inflate your legitimate traffic (from a totally separate/unknown source) by diluting it with a sizeable amount of junk clickthrough traffic or rather forced-click traffic :)

Sorry to say this, but this sounds rather more and more intriguing to me as I think deeper about it :)

My biggest worry is the idea of guys trying to "hide" the source of the traffic COMPLETLEY. There is NO good reason to do something like this, with CPA Redirector. Trust me, there is none.

There are some things that u may need to clarify though

So this is your setup :

Junk Traffic -> Framer/outer Page -> Framed Page 1x1 px (CPA Redirector) -> Offer Landing Page

The mere fact that your CPA Redirector is running inside a 1x1px frame tells me that you are doing something that's NOT necessary, Lol. It means the visitors do NOT see the offer page. And yes I know you DON'T want them to see the offer, you probably DON'T care about them seeing it, because you're thinking of these visitors as "junk traffic", am I right ??

What you are doing therefore is something related more to "cooky-starving" rather than hiding referers. There is a small relationship between these two topics, especially with regards to referers and cloaking, but they are two totally separate blackat techniques. CPA Redirector is NOT a cooky starving technique/tool. With cooky-starving, you are essentially forcing people to click a link , or rather let's say it concisely....

You are forcing visitors to LOAD A HIDDEN SECOND PAGE that they are NOT CONSICOUSLY AWARE of it loading in their browsers while all they see is that they have arrived at a page that interests them and that they expected to see. Now that's cooky-starving, pure hardcore blackhat ! Wicked stuff ..Lol :)

I don't know if you have resources on cooky starving. I have a full-pack of cooky starving tools (about a 150 MB) and techniques, scripts, etc, but I may Not have the patience to upload the whole 150mb collection (unless you BEG me for it :) lol )

If you'd like to stay with CPA Redirector (which is more of a referer cloaking tool than a cooky starving tool), you'd have to add a layer before your whitehat page in order to have the RIGHT setup and to have absolute clarity of what's happening in the flow of your junk traffic. Rather than obfuscating the path of your junk traffic with a 1x1 iFrame that happens to be your CPA Redirector ! You might want to put a doorway page (Don't worry about what doorway means) that acts as a randomizer. I'll explain below.

Example :

You send the junk traffic to mysite.com/folder/index.php

Now this index.php is your randomizer page

When they hit this page, it randomly selects a redirect destination

It selects between 2 destinations

It selects to send them to either to your whitehat page or to the CPA Redirector page

You can have your CPA Redirector page as mysite.com/affpage/index.php?magicnumber=27633

Now since your traffic "is junk", I assume it will be in large quantities!

With this method, you will obviously lose HALF of the traffic to your whitehat page :( As undesirable as this may sound, as a blackhat marketer, you'll need to build this sort of mindset into your strategy. Even SENuke X and Scrapebox do NOT do 100% account registration or 100% SEO submission. The failure rate is pretty significant, around 40% failure !

This half of traffic you're losing will end up seeing the CPA offer landing page, so they will get automatically redirected to the offer page

They will close the offer page as soon as it opens since they'll hate it when they see that they've been redirected to land on this "acai berry weight loss product page" ! That's Ok !

You can now put a nice affiliate page (WITH BANNERS/LINKS!) as the BODY of your /affpage/index.php (yes that's your same CPA Redirector page)

This is so that when the affiliate manager/network visits this page /affpage/index.php they would see NOTHING sinister going on :) They would just see it as a legitimate affiliate page on your site with typical banners/links directly linking to the offer.

The advantage of this method is that your setup will work in the manner that is condusive to CPA Redirector. CPA Redirector is designed to work "in this style". If it leaks the referer when setup in this manner, then I'd remain shocked like a monkey! You will have NO iframes or fancy double layers on a page with a hidden 1x1 frame or forcing people to load a hidden iframe.

The disadvantage of this method obviously is that your junk traffic will be split two ways. You'll lose half of that junk traffic since you'll be forcing almost half of them to the CPA Redirector page, which will immediately redirect them further to the CPA offer page and they will SEE the offer as humans and obviously close/dismiss it.

Yes I know, NOW that I'm saying the traffic should be randomly split, you might tell me that "NO my traffic is NOT actually junk at all" , lol ! I've thought about that too :) I suspect that your traffic only becomes "junk traffic" if it lands on the CPA offer, otherwise it is NOT junk traffic after all if it lands on your whitehat page. If that's the case, then I must say .. you have a very fancy setup :) But like I said about the mindset above, you'll need to be a resilient person if you want to succeed as an online marketer. Sometimes you'll need to throw away HALF of the apples out of your basket in order to be able to lift the basket high enough to load it in the truck :)

The alternative is to go full-blown cooky-starving. A topic for another day, another crowd, and another forum/thread ! Good luck.

Yes you are right - I want to lower my ctr, I am sending real quality leads to the cpa offers but the conversion rate is too high and looks supsicous

Yes this is correct -

Junk Traffic -> Framer/outer Page -> Framed Page 1x1 px (CPA Redirector) -> Offer Landing Page

( The pixel is actually 0x0 px )

You say -

The mere fact that your CPA Redirector is running inside a 1x1px frame tells me that you are doing something that?s NOT necessary, Lol. It means the visitors do NOT see the offer page. And yes I know you DON?T want them to see the offer, you probably DON?T care about them seeing it, because you?re thinking of these visitors as ?junk traffic?, am I right ??

- Yes this is correct aswell

Yes you are right in you last bit too - I should have mentioned that the traffic that visits my white hat page are real converting visitors and I actually need them to convert on my white page so the traffic is not really junk, so unfortunately I cannot use the example you gave me as this traffic is too valuable to waste, but thanks for your help anyway.

The reason I tried cpa redirect is that so far it has been the best solution for hiding the referrer. I have tried using a dmr but the referrer leaked a lot more. I have no experience using cookie stuffing but I imagine I would still need to blank the referrer so I would be back at square one, right?

If you think cookies stuffing is the way to go in my situation and that you are sure I can hide/ fake the referrer using cookies stuffing please could you point me in the right direction so I can so I can do a bit of research on the subject.

two last questions -

If I used cpa redirect, and the referer leaks 10% of the time and my cpa manager finds my white hat site, do you know of any way I could hide the 0 x0 pixel iframe in the source code / is there an alterntive " .php iframe I could use in situation?

Do you think if I put an iframe within an iframe, the second framer / outer page where the second iframe resides on would show as the referrer? The second framer could be on a separate domain.

CPA Redirector 2 worked for youtube views but since they updated their algorythm it no longer works :( Anyone have an idea why?
