Is there a reason why I am not getting the instructions on how to use these tools? I've sent a PM and an e-mail without any sort of threats of returning. I was very straight forward about asking for the instructions, and yet I still receive no response. What did I do to deserve this treatment as a customer? I think I was very reasonable in regards to the time given for a response.

Like i said, we are making the updates, Frequency release updates, the only thing that is not working 100% correctly is the rating part, everything else is fine.

I will be making some videos and posting a long guide so that there is no more confusion.

We have been extremely busy as we have stated many times. I have sent all serial that have been sent to me, i have answered all questions about the program that have been sent to me.

The only thing that people have a problem with is understanding how to operate it. I will post a video and a well explained tutorial like i said.

If you have not received your serial please contact me on aim: rwlndb and i will send it instantly or you can send me a pm, my inboxes have been completed.

Remember youtube makes many updates all the time, this was a time of set back for us and now we are about caught up, another update will be released to fix the rating problem, most importantly a guide for you all.

On another note, I have had many people tell me that they have made there money back +++ with this, just having a problem with the ratings.

Please dont make assumptions, we have been doing this for a long time, never will rip anyone off and will always deliver. As we have done for a long time already. Everyone has minor set backs but I assure everyone that the updates will be out and everything will be working as expected.

The only thing that isnt working 100% correct is the ratings. Beta ? lol Its youtube, you should be expecting changes constantly.

no doubt the software looks great and I know its good because someone from BHW targeted my videos and rated them all 1 star like 25 times. This is pretty shitty considering someone would use this to target people and take there videos down I would of made it to where you cant rate a 1 star but only a 5 star. I was doing good on youtube until this software came out and now I fell so far off from fuckin hatters who would rather target other people's videos instead of helping there own.

Other then that great software I will be getting it real soon

I backup what bodeezy is saying, i've made my money back on this bot already, even though i'm having problems with the ratings. Even with that issue, the bot is more than usable on utube now. And if you are serious about utube you need tools like this to be competitive

I understand how people are frustrated with the delays, etc. & i was as well at one stage. But i think everyone would agree that family comes first & these guys have had to deal with some personal stuff lately. So i think its fair based on there history to cut them some slack at the moment. But hey, thats just my 2cents.
 
@roadie..I can`t get it to auto comment.It just sits there,even though it`s on autopilot. I load the accounts,i load the comments,the proxies,the video and i have to click on "comment" for every account. How can I make this thing to do its job and let me enjoy my day :D
 
the trick is to only do comments, when doing comments. If you are rating, favoring & subscribing you can do all them at the same time. This is my personal experience, i'm sure there are otherways

if you are commenting 10 videos change the "chaining" in the limits to 10, hit login & then hit the commenting button & away it goes.

I can do a demonstration on mikekellers videos if you like :D :sand_play

It definitely doesn`t work for me.I have to babysit the application.it doesn`t autopost comments. I will soon make a video on this.It has many bugs.Right now although I deleted a an account from the list,all the software does is posting comments from the same account over and over although i set the chaining to 1.

It's a settings error aliskorn. If you're only commenting one video, add 5 entries to the video list and set the chaining to 1. If you need additional help just give me a pm. The software is working fine, you just need a bit of illustration performed on the settings. :)

Actually,I would LOVE an illustration :D. Btw,freqq,why aren`t you ever online on aim? I know we have different time zones but still..
