My take on this whole thing is if he is making that level of money
like he is stating and he is working out business dealings here to recruit
other people to work with him and have the potential of making some real good money together then if there was an issue of $1500.00 owed that would have been sent within 30 minutes.. You have money then you have resources and with money you can make things happen. It's all ready been 24 hours since the original post. Well over 24 hours.. Does not take that long for a WU.. Now kickflip mentioned well what if this person says he didn't get it did you know there is tracking stats on the WU website that if you enter the info who is sending and who is receiving then it will show all the proof it was sent up ect.. Kinda like fedex how you can see the status and if it was delivered..

This is TAKING WAYYYYYYY TO LONG to clear up..

But seriously this is crazy... You really don't have any friends or relatives that you can give cash and have them send a simple paypal payment? What about escrow? Can't you just get him 3 moneypaks with 500 in each? How about he sends you an invoice and you pay with your credit card or debit card?

After I have had my Paypal account limited like atleast 20 times, I know this is a common problem for people that travel but I am wondering why the limit has not been removed?

I have had the limit removed everytime with a phone call to paypal. If you have multiple accounts does that cause issues that I don't know about? I only have 1 account.

I also have problems moving large sums of money around and 1500$ is enough to cause problems but my banks have always allowed me to lift limits on debit cards to allow transfers to go threw.

Not sure how I got involved in this thread :borladuck but I have had the same problems with paypal and moving alot of money. Fortunately for me its always been when I want to buy something or send pre payment for work I needed to get done.

Would love to hear how others deal with this problem expecialy if you deal with large transfers internationaly. If you have experience in this shoot me a PM

when i travel and need to do paypal transactions i simply connect to my home computer and do it from there. i too have had a limited paypal from using a foreign ip.

He all ready stated he would send a WU so the pay pal thing is not an issue. However
pay pal I am sure with just a phone call you can let them know hey I am going to transfer this amount to this person he is all my info and please allow clearance and it should be workable. The issue is now there is absolutely no reasonable excuse not to have this WU sent all ready.. Shoot if had to pay someone right now $1500.00 I could get online right now send the $1000.00 if it is true of there limit per day then shoot over to the ATM machine we have 1000's in the USA and pull out the $500.00 and send it.. All done in less then 30 minutes..
