(method) Im seeing results quick, possibilities endless and competition no issue

I live in a college town so I think I'll take a walk around my neighborhood with about 200 flyers with a college scholarship offer! Hopefully that'll convert well and if I even see a few conversions I'll know it works and scale it up!

A good way to pay highschool kids to distribute your flyers is to pay them on commission. Maybe setup offers by subdomains or something to keep track of who distributes what flyers and then pay them on how many of the flyers they dropped off converted. Or just get 1 highschool kid, easier for tracking :D

Although I've seen this method before you sparked up my interest again! +REP

Just got off the phone with my local paper. I'm putting a flyer in the Sunday circulation of about 89,000 total. I will let you guys know how that does soon as well.

So how did your newspaper/flier ad work out??? What did they charge you?

Hiphop - what did you say on the banner? The website name had to be easy enough for people to remember, right? I'm thinking stuff like tiny url isn't very user friendly so what did you do?

Also, on the flyers, do you print them in color? Trying to plan this out so I can get my son and his buddies to help me with this. Thanks in advance.

Okay so I've been accepted by CPAWay. I'm new to all of this, so I'll try my best with this project, hah. Although, I plan to buy a domain, but what if I decide to change my target audience every so often? For example, if I were to go with "TorontoJobs.com" and target a university campus, then the next week I plan to target home improvement, insurance, and all those things. I mean, my domain is listed as Jobs, would I have to go with another domain?

Derviie - I'm new, too, so take this for what it's worth. Maybe buy a domain name that is generic. Then what you can do is create sub domains that target home improvement, insurance, jobs, etc.

ewa allows offline for most offers :D they have a $3 walmart offer i'm gonna promote ;D
they mention good to have a LP, i'm gonna just have the domain redirect, and have it fake the referrer to the LP cause i want ppl to just go right to the offer.

What could be a generic domain that includes the city name? Haha. I'm ready to start as soon as I have the website and offers setup.

You work with EWA right now???

You can also try using a google voice number and making a short message directing people to your url. That way people wont have to take the flyer they can just put the number in their phone. How many poeple have cells? Most might call right there on the spot.

Cpaway is a nice company to deal with and accepted me without issue. I hate to do this to the op, but I also wanted to mention that cpajuice accepts on the spot and without a phone call, and they are doing the same offer with a much higher payout. (you can double check with offervault) Maybe the op has an account with them, and you can sign up under his affiliate link for that one? And if you don't want to do cpa, this might work well with clickbank offers as well.

thank you for this! didn't know about cpajuice, it's great.

Hey @OP thanks for sharing this info. But the only problem is with the highway bypass thing..it would def have to be a catchy domain name. Otherwise ppl might not remember it. But it is worth a try.

Push some CPA offers like netflix, or coffee.. something average people would be interested in. Too many people are skeptical, but just as many are looking for a good deal. Ensure the domain is professional looking, and the website is clean and professional as well.

Netflix was offering I think $14 for free trial signups. 100 fliers on 100 cars, on one of your walks.. You would probably make around $70 for one walk. That is getting paid to exercise!

As I was driving home and passing parking lots for Costco, Walmart, Target and Home Depot, I think I had dollar signs in my eyes. When I told my wife about this marketing idea, she immediately burst my bubble by reminding me that these places have no soliciting signs posted and that I could be cited for trespassing if I did something like this. Do you think she's just being overly cautious? I'm thinking I should just do it and hope I don't get caught. :)

No shes not... I've called walmart, target and a super market, they all told me I couldn't do that on there property. They said if I was found doing this they would call the cops. I live in a big city so the cop would be there in 5mins flat. Not even time to run away.

Placing flyers in newspapers is EXPENSIVE as hell. $4k for the basic ad package and that's only 2 zip codes.

Not worth the risk..
