SO WHAT IS XRUMER?



XRumer
XRumer's developer is named Alex and he's Russian. The biggest features in XRumer: being able to bypass captcha and post to forums (including private messages), blogs and guestbooks. Current price tag on v4 is $450, and the new version, 5.0, will likely to come out at $500.


According to Wikipedia

XRumer is a Windows program that posts forum spam with the aim of boosting search engine rankings. It has been claimed that the program is able to bypass techniques commonly used by many websites to deter automated spam, such as account registration, CAPTCHAs, and e-mail activation before posting. The program makes heavy use of a database of known open proxies in an attempt to make it more difficult for administrators to block posts.

In addition, the software can avoid the suspicions of forum administrators by first registering to make a post in the form of a question which mentions the spam product ("Where can I get...?"), before registering another account to post a spam link which mentions the product.[...]

What can I use XRumer for?
XRumer is announced as a great link building tool, however that?s not something you should try it out for. There are plenty of other manual or automatic options for link building. This is not the main feature of Xrumer. Due to its nature, Xrumer should only be used to promote short term doorways and aff links and not your legitimate business. Using it for your white hat sites will get them banned by G0ogle fast. With Xrumer you can get your doorway in top of google within a few days and make money from it, and then in a few days it will be banned. Rinse and repeat. Do not fuck with Go0gle. Big G will rape you in the ass. Remember that the links you?ll be posting with Xrumer will be trash and will get removed. If goggle doesn?t catch, then the admins or moderators might. Some can go so far as report your site to several places to nail you like a hedgehog.

The application has a list of proxies available but it?s the general consensus on BHW that you should use your own proxies through software or by acquiring a box so you can get your own IPs.



What?s the catchA?

• Expensive software at $450. Version 5.0 will come out at $500 or more.

• XRumer is not a click and you have results kind of program. It has a learning curve.

• Users are getting around 6% of successfully posts going through.

• You may need 2mbps to run Xrumer correctly.

• Limited to 2 active running copies.

Extra Information
XRumer version 5.0 alfa release is planned to 30 september with a bunch of supposedly new features. Minimum required system specifications:

Windows 98 / 2000 / 2003 / XP / Vista, 1GHz or faster processor, 256Mb RAM. Here you can see a screenshot of version 4.

Warning
Do NOT download XRumer cracked copies on this or any other forum. They will contain Trojans, virures and other malware even if your anti-virus does not signal it. I believe most people will put up a download link for XRumer without knowing what they're doing, but the fact is that this app cannot be cracked. It is pretty tight, or so they say. Download at your own risk and get your ass and pc raped at the same time.



Tips
This is a tip posted by a user on this forum. I?ve seen someone else stating the 2 copies limit as you can read above, so if you want to try this, do it at your own risk.

if you want xrumer for free and it seems it's not possible why don't you just get together and buy it together ? like 5 people each paying 100.- ? Then rent a windows box and install it there. i doubt xrumer is not allowing several copies running simultaneously. Each one logs in with their own log in credentials and uses it when he/she needs. And problem solved...

Another tip that compacts some of the information above.

First you need to find the correct forum that is related to your site.
Then you need to make a good topic and post to the correct part of the forum, or you need to send the topic only for linkbuilding.
But what ever you do, do not ever use it for your whitehat site.
Use it for doorway pages or affiliate links and so on.
I think that most success will be in ranking doorway pages.
And remember that you still need to pay for Elite proxies, as those that the program will find it self are usually banned so you will have a very low success rate with those proxies.
But if you pay, your success rate will be much higher.
And don't use it without proxy as your ip will be fast banned, and your success rate will decline.

Hidden tips
- Use forgotten old forums with allowable HTML/BBcode = thousands of free/solid PR4/PR5+ one-way backlinks.
- You can create forum accounts with XRumer with your website URL in your profile setting it as your homepage. Most forum allow for profile creation

I love Xrumer as well.

My absolute favorite tool.

But a steep learning curve.

Also not a push and forget.

Relevance is king. and that is what I can say.

Same way you would do to run a doorway page and not get banned applies for xrumer use.

If xrumer is not the right tool for building links to legit sites can anyone suggest the best tool for the job? (other than doing it all manually which I'm doing anyway)

Yes it can be used for WH sites but you have to build links very slowly... forget about getting 5k links in 24 hours!

Eg: do forum registrations only with your urls in the profile.

Do follow blogs are just easy pickings for link juice. Sometimes (most) you wont get the anchor text you want.... but so what, it's still link juice!

But go a step up the BH ladder: do follow->cloaked post->anchor of your choice
