Very Important Terms Update​

This is extremely important so please read carefully. We're waiting for MODS to approve editing the main thread to add these terms. But till then, please make sure you read them.

- Due to very high workload, our minimum order for international fans is now 1,000 and for US/UK fans, it's 500 as is.

- The packages and fan numbers listed give you the BEST value as the more you order the more you save. Custom packages like 8,000 or 14,000 fans are SOMETIMES available. However, they require order system and backend tweaks which cost money and time. So if you order a custom package, you will not get the best prices and your order could take longer to process. Please also note that most of the time we will not be able to process custom packages due to workload.

- A number of dishonest customers (rare on BHW, but exist) use some tricks to make their page appear as "banned" when we're like 80% through with the order so as to ask for refund and get the order for free. We now have a strict refund policy: We are 100% confident in our methods as we have dealt with dozens of high-end customers before deciding to sell here on BHW. Our methods would not, cannot and do not get your pages banned. If you claim your page got banned during the process we refund your remaining order. For example, you ordered 50,000 likes, we delivered 40,000 and you claim your page got banned. We'll refund 10,000 fans. This is necessary to prevent abuse. So to sum up, full refunds are processed if we fail to deliver or delay the order and partial refund is given if you claim your page has been banned during the order. If after we complete the order you claim it was banned, we will not refund your money. This is a very important policy to combat scammers and con artists. If you do not agree to it, please do not buy from us. Resellers, please make sure your customers know this.

- We currently cannot work with any fan page / photo / webpage that is not 100% family safe. This includes but is not limited to adult content, sex toys, casino, drugs / pharmacy pages.

- These fans are not targeted by interest as said earlier. You SHOULD NOT expect activity on the page. Activity from the fans would be considered a BONUS.

- Please keep your communication via PM to a minimum as it's very counterproductive for me to keep going from PM to email to thread. That's for my and your best interest. General questions are preferred to be asked in the thread. Specific questions, order information, reseller requests..etc are preferred to be communicated through the email (orders -a.t- isimplifytech dotc0m) (without the brackets).

Are these real accounts? They accounts look similar to one another. They seem to follow a pattern. Also, not all are USA.

I ordered a small order ($45) and a big order ($300+).

I might ask for the refund of the bigger order if these problems continue.

**UPDATE**: I just checked around 15 random fans carefully and they were all from the US. Also I do not understand what you actually mean by "similar". Very reputable members here have tested the service and were satisfied. Besides, we're still at like, 40 likes now. Let this order end first and then judge. If you want to refund your 10,000, we'll do it immediately.

Thanks for your interest. If by your question you mean can we get certain people to like your friend's page like rap artists, the answer would unfortunately be no. We can only bring fans from the US/UK or Worldwide. We cannot get fans of certain age, sex, interest, occupation...etc.

Its easy to test this for fraud. With 50 fans, when I promote, I see clicks on my promotional link. At 1k-10k, I'm going to test by sending them links. If no one clicked / viewed then that's obviously screaming fraud right on your face.

Hmmmm I see weird determination to try and bash my reputation here. You said what you wanted to say, the guy asked ME a question and then you replied to it again. Didn't even wait for me to say what I have to say.

I believe you're aware that no one could verify your allegations as no one can see the page's fans except the admin. So I guess it's your words vs. Pofecker, meathead1234, JesusBack and many others like them, with all due respect.

But I think you've got it all wrong from the beginning. You're expecting proper activity and sharing from these fans while the benefits are mainly numbers, appearances...etc as outlined in the thread. We made it obvious (if you read the thread and FAQ) that these fans ARE ASKED to like your page to support the webmaster / other fan page admin. They're not niche targeted and it's likely that only a very small portion of them would actually be interested in your page. You're comparing a $45 per 1,000 fan service with a facebook advertising campaign? Come on, man.

One more thing you have to note is that we have deals with a large network of webmasters / fan page owners. They are screened for fraud before being allowed to send us traffic. If one of them is cheating us as per your allegation, we will terminate any and all business relationship we have with him. Nevertheless, these people work for me and I AM RESPONSIBLE for their work after all. So you're the only one with those allegations, they aren't verifiable and everybody else is satisfied with the service. YET, I'm still going to act in good faith and refund both of your orders right now.

If you can help me verify those allegations, I will terminate the webmaster responsible from the supply chain immediately. We will suspend US/UK orders for now until we receive feedback from those who have orders being processed. If it's the same as yours, then this guy gets thrown out and anyone who has been affected will be compensated.

I hope this seems fair enough for you.

I cannot verify his sayings but as you can see, he's the only one so far with such allegations. We will wait and see feedback from others who have ordered USA likes. If it's similar, we will terminate contract with the webmaster responsible and compensate everyone.
