I have purchased one 32$ package last week, i took the links, pinged them, created an RSS feed, uploaded it to one of my indexed websites, pinged the feed, submited the feed using RSS Submit then bookmarked it with multiple accounts using Senuke X and Magic Submitter. After one week my website went from 13 to 4 for a competitive keyword. No other linking was done in that week.
