Two questions. Many of the people who have seen great results have moved from way down on the list to between #5 and #10. I already have about 10 phrases between #2 and #10 and am trying to move to #1.

1. Any chance this activity boost will put me inthe google penalty box?
2. Will this potentially be effective at helping me climb the last few slots?
