Maybe you can pay someone on fiverr ,BHW or Warrior forum to do the SEO for you,if you really don't want to do any work.In long term,that might be good for your business as well.

Some services like linkpushing or linkwheel building definitely help SERP but no guarantee of coz.

Some of the guys that earning big money donno how to use any of the softwares like Xrumer,AMR...they just outsource it.

Get any post's title and google the top, then delete words one by one from title and see top too.
At this blog,most of the posts ,right after posting,in several seconds in the top.
