Affiliate programs that are paying $100-$150 CPA?

Now that I realized that online poker won't work for ever I want to move into a new market.
Can somebody tell me which niches are paying $100/$150 CPA? I don't care about competitiveness.

Suggest anything besides: poker,hosting,xxx,pharma.

Forex 100 up to 1000$ depend on the deposit from the player.
Dating up to 250$
Casino up to 250$
That's what i know for the most paying niches

yeah I know forex from some poker affiliate sites however I didn't know they were paying that much. But I don't know how many people are interested in forex. In fact I am searching after alternative to poker. Is the forex market as big as the poker market?

I believe some credit card affiliates pay over $100. If I remember correctly Amex does.

Optimal fusion has the CPA offers of (penny auction signups) paying about 100$. Could be something worth looking into

C2M has a biz opp that pays $100 and another that pays $90 and a couple of penny auctions that pay $70 +. You could also try adult sites. I am not in that industry, but I have heard of some $100 + commissions
