This thread should be called "Top 7 most known" not "best".
- AdSense - sucks. It is good as a secondsry income stream on clean site but that's it. You can't use it on large site networks that you want to interlink. You can't use it on sites with content that is not family friendly. The AdSense team suspended one of my site's accounts for having "violence" in a video on a page and "pussy" in the text of another post.
- Autoblogs - really? c'mon! These are for lazy people who don't know shit about SEO or IM or making money online. People who simply want the "quick and easy" method and are not serious about treating IM as a real business. There are sites that technically are autoblogs and make in excess of $1 million/month. They are however backed by serious business strategies and hard work. Some are also backed by serious investments. For example testfreaks.com which technically is an autoblog had an initial investment of $40 million (if i remember correctly).
- Articles - omg omg. If articles are even an average IM method then I am Batman. Articles are good for one thing only - building links. Even at that they suck as guest posts are far better. I guess if you want to make some money to pay this month's rent or something like that, you could write some awesome tutorials for those sites that pay $100-$150/post. Of course you'd have to be awesome at something technical and most people aren't. If you'd be awesome in an area you'd make money by implementing your knowledge there. Like, if you're awesome at IM you make money by implementing your knowledge in IM not by writing about IM and becoming one of those rich gurus... oh wait, that's right, people are that dumb to listen to any idiot who talks the talk.
