Click on each others ads for money?

would you guys be interested in joining a private site were you click on somebodies ads and they will click on yours. its like a match match site thing. You can also use proxies. Everyone can earn effortless money if everybody does it right. How would you feel if this exsist? will you join? And obey the rules. Reason because I am willing to create something like this. I will do all the hosting and organizing. The more members = the more earnings? Note* this idea was inspired by a post on here about affiliatetrade.com (cnt remember the author as i am writing this). So what do you guys think? Would can be changed from this idea.
