5 easy ways i make money every month

i thought i'd share some easy ways i earn money every month. these are white hat programs (need to something to supplement my blackhat programs) since they're white hat tactics, they don't pay a whole lot...but it's enough to pay the hosting, invest in new domains, and ...oh i don't know...go out to a dinner and a movie...

it may not be alot...but free money is free money

1. text link ads. Got a blog? Got a blog w/pr? Advertisers will pay you each month for a keyword link to their site. easy money.

2. sedo - got a domain you're not doing anything with? got a domain that gets some traffic that you haven't updated in years? park it with sedo with a for sale sign. i've made good ppc money with sedo and i've sold a good number of domains this way. even easier money.


3. sponsored reviews - like to write articles? like to scrape them? Advertisers pay you to write about them. but seriously, i usually go and scrape together 3-4 articles along with a few lines from the sponsor's about me' page and bingo...free money. one of my blogs earns about 40 dollars per article. easy money, but requires 15 minutes of work (less if you know how to piece together an article).

4. adbrite - Thinking about PPC? Banned from Google? Adbrite is a nice alternative to adsense. If you've got a popular blog or website, sponsors will pay more to advertise on your site.

5. adsense - I hate adsense....who doesn't. but they are the best PPC program on the net. If you want make money this way, think high paying keyword + lots of traffic = checks each month. Honestly, there are times i don't get checks each month with this program (primarily cuz i've been removing adsense ads in favor of adbrite lately).....but like i said, free money is free money.

now, the secret to makng money with these programs is having an aged, well established website or blog. the more traffic and content you have, the higher the offers for advertising will be.

now, if you're just starting out and don't have an established website/blog...what are you waiting for? it takes 2 minutes to install a wordpress blog. you can make that blog profitable if you update that blog at minimum once a week for a couple months....

That's it, you just have to put content regulary on it and you see the money coming in.

In the end how much you earn, it depents on your niche and your postings. Always write Seo-optimized postings, and ping after every post.

thats just a list of ad brokers that pay you for links/traffic/clicks etc !!
now, if you are talking about how to get traffic, pr etc. to your site and then use these programs with the site then that would be a money making method....

You will never make much money with these methods if you ask me. You can put all the ads you want on to a crap blog, it will make it ugly to look at hard to read and have no benefit to the reader.

And these blogs full of adverts where is the traffic coming from???

Sure, you probably won't much a lot of money doing the methods above - no one is saying you will get rich doing them - but if for people making nothing and looking to get a few bucks together they are some nice straight forward hints.

I have a couple of crappy blogs that just through existing long enough are PR3 and by doing nothing more than 1 post every couple of weeks on them (5mins a post, just spun content) the money from those alone cover the cost of a dedi and a a bunch of differing shared hosting accounts each month.

So the listed methods above won't allow you to retire, but for about an hour a week worth of work they will cover your monthly costs - easily

if there's content they will come. if you sit and spend your time and energy on the appearance of your blog site, you're right, you won't make any money

but you'll wind up with a pretty blog/site


by the way....i never said that i use all 5 methods above on one blog. i spread it out.

on one blog i do sponsored reviews + adsense / on another blog i do adbrite by itself/ on another blog i do text link ads + sponsored reviews...

The only thing about selling text link ads is that google will penalize you for it eventually. This happened to me; my site was PR6 forever and now it's a PR4. But for an extra couple hundred per month it's not a bad exchange (although I cant command quite as much per link). I just netted $500 today for it.

But be sure to limit how many text links you sell. And also linkworth is good for selling text links.

this isn't a 'debate' or anything as 'complicated' as you make it out to be, i just thought i'd share with the intelligent folks on the board how i made chump change each month w/out a lot of hard work.....

You can make a crap load of cash with domains if you know how. I have some domains that net over $100 a month. It's all about how you pick your names.

How do you choose your domain names? I was always curious about how people make money with domain names.
