ok, have received the 3 preliminary designs... will proceed to choose one and further enhanced into final design.
There is a bit lack of communication here though after submitting the info required for the design, there is no followup email or notice to know that info has been received, noted and work is underway.
When I received the preliminary designs today... the content of the email is just "Kindly find the attachment of the logos."... thats it! No further instructions or note about whats next and how to proceed further. The impression here is your design is done and completed.
Need to blush up your customer service here.

thanks, will reply to the email with logos that you sent me. Basically the designs are acceptable for the price but the communication flow need to be improved.

You had done one great logo for me months back and I wanted to hire you for few website designs.
I talked to you through gtalk about this 3-4 months back and you asked me to send the details across for an accurate quote. I did that, but I never received a reply from you. Later on I visited your site and sent a message through the contact form, still no reply.
And finally, 2 days back I again visited your site and asked few questions about a web design project. Still no answer.
Are you not accepting new orders? If not, why can't you just close down the contact form, if you're not willing to answer questions of potential clients?
