asianl, there is no wrong questions.
Of course you can buy scrapebox, invest time (a lot) and money in new packets of links, manuals, etc.... scrapebox is just a tool and nothing more. If you don't know how to use it, it will be worthless and vice versa. Also you can't build HIGH PR profiles with scrapebox, it is blog commenting app (and a lot more features, of course).
