I need to do a US Phone Verification(I am not in US) This is what I am looking for:

Phone Number Submission Form
Please enter a valid phone number and click submit. We will call you within 5 minutes.
A PIN code will display on the next page which you will be required to enter on your phone's dial pad to verify your number.

Any one know how to get this verification done?

He doesn't have anything to hide, he's outside of the US, didn't you read his post? Anyway, I hardly think obtaining a PVA is 'playing with fire', what do you think will happen if he gets rumbled? The police come to arrest you? Craig himself comes round with the boys to 'soften you up' a little bit? CL launches a nuclear attack on your home country, and the ensuing holocaust wipes out mankind?

Very complicated to setup and didn't work for me.

I tried several options and spent hours to find the best and cheapest solution. The only working solution for me was the above.

All those things he stated is kind of expected of voip services. Although I didn't know you couldn't enter #'s into the keypad for identifying yourself to banks and customer services. It's not like were using magicjack for legitimate purposes only but to just get a new number to verify CL accounts.

I've had no problem using Vonage for international validation, but you will need a US credit card to set up a Vonage account these days.

i have a method that works for PVA accounts from CL, Free, no CC needed. Time consuming but you can do 1 account in about 5-10 minutes. But key word is free. I am willing to share for a good affiliate program that i dont have to do a lot of work lol. or an affiliate program that i can use cookie stuffer on.
