BlackHat Success: Never give up!

Nice advice.

I just want to add that it's never good to listen to anyone who tells you that a market is saturated. It's all about what angle you attack the market with. And it's all about content, style and presentation and lots of effort. There's always a better solution or better way to do something.

In fact well, I add to this and would say:

If somebody tells you a market IS saturated, THEN LISTEN!!! (because then there is money in the market - otherwise there would be no competition)

And after listening - do something better (and believe me, you can do better than most competitors easily - in any market) and cash in on a market full of buyers!!!

In short: if somebody says a market is saturated, you've found yourself a gem ;) (also because others don't even try hehe)

think about it... and ACTION!

After rereading this post I think I commit to treat this as a business not as a hobby anymore. I will have my plan and my milestones written down today.

I am willing to pay the price.

Hello,

Your post struck a cord with me.

In my opinion most people never think outside the box. They allow other people, outside circumstances to determine their success or failure. Most people unfortunately or fortunately believe that there is a magic pill or button that they can take or press and poof-- they are instant millionaires.

Internet marketing -- Blackhat or not requires work! Plain and simple!

Staying motivated through the tough and low or NO income days requires us to stay focused on what we what-- the light at the end of the tunnel. After 3+ years doing this and generating last year almost 1.5 million in gross sales -- I say it's worth it.

Here are my simple list of rules to Internet marketing success:

  • Don't listen to your friends - They don't know Fing shXt.
  • Don't listen to well meaning family members
  • Don't ask other opinion unless they are making money on the Internet already at least a minimum of 10 k per month-- these are players (beginning players at least)
  • As in all wealthy family's -- do the crime until you can afford to go "legit" i.e. The Kennedy's, Astor's, Rockefeller etc...
  • Forget the Gurus by the time they tell you any "real secrets" it's already saturated.
  • Spend an hour a day on this forum reading and learning
  • Put all audios you have downloaded on your MP3 and listen to them a minimum of 6 times before you move on
  • Set a goal to work your butt off for a minimum of three years before you will slow down.
  • And finally how much time are you spending everyday on your business? Be aware of this -- surfing the net is not "work time" work time is time spent creating, improving researching new niches, creating new websites etc..

This is just my thoughts on this already great thread.

Like to add something in regards to goals. Dont go directly straight for the GOAL because in most cases it will be overwhelming and you wont succeed. Instead divide this goal into smaller goals which makes it much easier to make your way to larger goals.

Also this is one of my favorite quotes "The reason your not successful is because you haven't failed enough, and you need to fail more and faster" You need a balance in both book smarts and experience. YOU CANNOT BUY EXPERIENCE. You gain experience by failing, since more knowledge and feedback is obtained in comparison to success in most cases.

100% true. Thats how mountaineers scale a peak. i.e. to scale Everest we have to go in the order - base camp 1, base camp 2, base 3 .. ... . . Peak! :)

Looking back on all the time that I wasted on not cashing in those "today" checks, I make myself sick to my stomach. Thank you for your words of wisdom.
