Okay after several PM's with the OP, my attempt at making things simple actually made it confusing for them, which yielded no response as they thought they were still waiting for my reply to begin with.

As I mentioned in my last post, I was not complaining or sending any sort of hidden message, I was simply inquiring on the status of the trial order I requested.
