I had a 10.000 visitor package and made sales recently. Of course the conversion rate is low because it is not targeted. But the sales have paid for his service many times.
That's why i just recently bought a 100.000 visitor package. Let's see if that converts as well. Then i will buy one million. No kidding.

Yes niche targeting is available with geo targeted traffic.

It works for ezine, though we can't guarantee what type of article view increase you'll get, im not sure how they track things. As far as other sites, it depends on the site and what you want to accomplish with the traffic.

Thanks for posting this. The traffic IS targeted, though we can only target the traffic so much.
