it works, got my url indexed in a few hours. only downside is cant pay with unverified paypal..besides from that small issue I will be a repeat customer for as long as this service delivers results :D

Update: I had given Wickedguy an established site to index. Three days later, it moved up 2 places in the SERPs (from 17 to 15) and so far the rise is sticking. Pretty good considering it was a free link blast and there's some decent competition in the way. (The niche itself isn't heavily hit, but those that are in it want to stay there and some know BH SEO.)

I'd guess that in less competitive niches, this could deliver some serious results. I'll be PMing him again soon, after I write up a couple of test posts to promote...
